Henderson Glass Warehouse Reviews

I had a fantastic experience with this company; they went above and beyond to assist me. I'm delighted with the shower and would undoubtedly suggest them to others.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Henderson Glass. They initially fitted the wrong glass, and despite over a year of chasing them for a resolution, they have neither refunded my money nor corrected their mistake. The customer service throughout has been unacceptable, with poor communication. I’ve been left with an issue and no resolution in sight. After a whole year of back and forth, chasing and then multiple emails with no response, I was left with no choice to take this route so another client doesn't’ suffer like me. I emailed them multiple times even after they made the mistake that I don’t want to go around leaving bad reviews if this issue can be resolved. I have still not heard from them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others seeking reliable service or professionalism.

Having just refurnished our en-suite, we needed to have a bespoke shower enclosure. Our en-suite is in the loft, so a sloping roof and not very much height to play with. Henderson Glass has been amazing. Once the bathroom was complete, they came in for a 2nd visit to clarify measurements. We did have to wait a while for the fitting, as Dan was very busy, but we didn't mind the wait. After a slight error in the fitting of one of the panels, a 2nd glass panel needed to be ordered. A few weeks later and Dan was back, fitting the final panel. It looks amazing, better than. we had ever imagined. Our bathroom looks like something in a posh hotel. I wish I could post a photo, it really is lovely.
Thank you Dan & Henderson's

We need a replacement shower door.
Arranged for a home visit and a few weeks later a new bifold door was fitted succesfully.
Well pleased with our purchase.

We ordered a silver vintage mirror splash back to my new kitchen and it looks fantastic. The order process was very easy with quick delivery and spot on measurements ( as we worked with my drowning due very specific dead line instead measuring by the supplier) very impressed with James customer service super friendly and professional will definitely recommend. Thank you for making my vision really. I really love my new kitchen .

Wonderful company to deal with nothing was to much trouble really please with the shower. Definitely recommend

They say a good way to rate a company is to see how they deal with things when they don't go exactly to planned! Henderson Glass dealt with our problem with our installation by coming up with a resolution and moving forward to complete our splashback. The splashback itself is beautiful and we are very pleased with the way it finishes off our new kitchen.

The product that we purchased (a splashback for the kitchen) is high quality and blends in perfectly with the paint colour on our kitchen walls.

Reliable and trustworthy. Quality work. Delivered to very tight timeline.

Great response, knew exactly what I need and were prompt with their deliver of the glass. Kept in communication about when they would visit and fix it. Would highly recommend.

Always very prompt in responding and delivering first class service. Great people and a great company to deal with. There was a challenge in fitting our glass balustrade and their workmen dealt with it skilfully and exceptionally well. No hesitation to recommend them

James Henderson and the team fitted a glass banister and new porch windows and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service that they gave from start to finish.
We are so pleased with the end results. Looks stunning
. They even fixed my bi fold door free of charge!
I would highly recommend them.
Thank you so much!

We had a bespoke shower screen and door made and installed into our new bathroom. The service was absolutely first class from start to finish.

James Henderson and I had an initial call where I talked about our requirements. Within 24 hours, James arranged for his engineer Dan to come out to our home and provide advice on what could work well for the space - his knowledge and years of experience shone through. We agreed on the style of screen and door and within the next 24 hours, our order was placed. It was just seamless. We had to wait approximately three weeks for the install, but it was so worth the wait.

Dan and his colleague were very professional throughout, always mindful and respectful of our home, tidy and clean and just got on with the job at hand with no fuss. Not even taking a break! The result was truly outstanding and I can safely say that no off-the-shelf product could even come close to what we now have.

Thanks to James, Dan and the team, we have an amazing bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henderson Glass - Such a brilliant team and easy to work with.

Henderson Glass provided a great service with the supply and fit of our glass splashback in the kitchen recently, and all at a very reasonable cost. James and the team were helpful and informative right from the initial enquiry.

Dan and his co-worker did a really nice & professional job in fitting the splashback. They were very thorough with the measurements and fitting and we’re really happy with the results which, if anything, exceeded our expectations.

Helpful from start to finish we could not recommend Henderson Glass more. They came and quoted, designed and fitted a bespoke shower glass with a 10 day turnaround. Sylvester came and was extremely professional. Polite and courteous he stayed late to complete the fitting and leaving the bathroom spotless after he had finished the installation. All those we spoke to on the phone were also extremely helpful and we are delighted to have had such a positive experience having our shower glass fitted.

Sylvester was a superstar! He removed our old enclosure, which was put in badly and caused him many headaches. He then put in our gorgeous new enclosure, taking time to make sure everything was perfect. He was fantastic to deal with and also came to do the initial measurement, giving helpful advice. Thank you Henderson Glass. A great quote and job. Very happy.

Slywester’s dedicated energy to Henderson glass bespoke service is exceptional. He ensured my vision of a large fluted shower screen with beautiful Nickel finishes came to fruition. I’m delighted with the end result.

Sylvester Came today to fit my shower door. He was professional, a perfectionist and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend him. He also goes out his way to help. Thank you so much

Sylvester fitted our new glass splash back in our kitchen. He arrived on time and got to work straight away. He had to remove the old one first which he did so well without damaging the walls at all or making any mess. He then fitted the new glass which looks amazing and fits perfectly. He came to do the measuring and quote before and was really thorough. He was super polite and professional throughout the whole job and it was done really quickly and cleanly. I would highly recommend Sylvester to anyone needing a glass splash back fitted.
