I’ve ordered henna cones from them. None of the cones work. They’re rolled very poorly. No flow of henna, only coming in bursts when I apply a massive amount of pressure which is really painful for my fingers. Waste so much henna trying to squeeze it out. I have ordered 6 cones from them and EVERY cone has been this way. I contacted customer support. No response let alone refund for a crappy product. Very very poor customer service.

I placed an order over a week ago now and i still have not received it. I needed these for eid so i thought placing an order a week im advance would give me plenty time. I was wrong. I even emailed them yesterday and they have not replied. Unbelievable.

Very poor service, I received a used henna cone, and contacted the the shop by email twice, they did not respond.

I ordered 2 henna cones for my fiancee for our ceremony; however, I did not receive the order. I contacted them multiple times, submitted the contact form through their website, yet no response.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Worst service I have ever had from shopping online.

I needed these particular henna cones for an event.
I ordered henna cones from this website and expected it arrive within a week but I did not receive anything, even after waiting for over a week.

I emailed them and was informed that the delivery service was a separate service to them which was not helpful in anyway.

I emailed them a complaint again to say that I have still not received the parcel. They responded rather rudely...as if I am inconveniencing them when they can't do a simple job properly? They said they will send the delivery again, yet I still. Did. Not. Receive. It.

I placed this order way back in August by the time the event came up I had to quickly purchase different cones from a different website.

They are a very unprofessional service and I was basically robbed in broad daylight. I definitely Would Not Recommend purchasing from them.
