Henna Mehndi were extremely helpful and efficient when my elderly mum's suit was unsuitable for her. They offered her a refund under unusual circumstances as they could see her difficulty. I would recommend them highly for being so accommodating and supporting us throughout the process from start to finish.

I’m very impressed with your customer service and follow through. Ordering online is always tricky because of fitting, fabric, quality, color but both my daughter and I are happy with the products and your customer support, we will for sure order again. The styles and colors shown online were very much similar to what we received.

I loved my outfit! It arrived on time and was exactly as described on the website. I emailed customer service regarding a few questions I had and they were extremely prompt and helpful. I will definitely order more clothes in the future!

The lady was kind enough to allow me to exchange the items instore even though I ordered online.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a lovely lady, I showed her the items and receipt, she allowed me to exchange.

I am a very old customer of HM. Never had any complaint with their service or product. Introduced many family members and they loved it too. Recently my parcel got tampered in transit and one of the product was missing. I contacted them after a long time due to some personal reasons. The customer service representative Deba was fantastic and quick in resolving my claim.
Very happy with them and highly recommend.

I bought 2 outfits online and both came out amazing. The customer service it great as well.
I had requested the sleeves to be lined and although it was not done the first time it arrived to me, they managed to sort this out for me within 4 days and I am super happy.
Their timing is impeccable

I’ve been shopping with HM for 15 years or so. Their customer service is awesome and Deba’s attention to detail is unmatched. Her designs are unique with fantastic mix of fabrics and workmanship which is so tastefully put together at very affordable prices. Deba’s team also made bespoke outfits for my teenage daughter and she absolutely loved them ! I would highly recommend HM and the team for your fashion needs.

I needed a suit last minute with only 10 days to a wedding and Henna Mehndi made that possible. The original piece was then damaged and with only a week to go Deba had it shipped from abroad. She is amazing and made it all possible and I will now be wearing a beautiful white suit all thanks to Henna Mehndi and Deba.
