ordered clothes that had poor stitching, cheap fabric, and the incorrect size, and it did not look anything like the pictures. I had to pay for shipping when I attempted to return them, and I never received my money back. Customer service did not respond. Complete disappointment.

Company is a scam. Tags cut out, wrong size was sent. Even if you return an item, they still don't refund you. Do not purchase under any circumstances from the fraudulent company.

Complete scam.

Got an AI generated response saying that items showed as being delivered, despite their own tracking information saying it hadn't.

poor quality products. They will take 30+ day to ship and will not return your money after you return the items. Watch out. I spent over $100 with them yet to see my money back.

Complete scam. Clothes took ages to arrive, when they arrived they were not as advertised - random sizing, poor quality rubbish!

To return (after many email) required shipping to the US. In the end i cut my loses and took a 50% refund.

They did not send me what I ordered. I received an inferior obviously cheap item with a label saying ‘fashion’. It looks like a shirt from a dodgy market. They are refusing to refund me in full and each time I contact them I kept the same scripted response. Do not buy from these people under any circumstances

I ordered a few hundred dollars in merchandise before a vacation that was 2 weeks away. Shipping estimate was 10 days. The items didn't arrive for about 5 weeks, well after my trip was over. The items had no tags, were the incorrect size, and did not match the photos on the website. It took 10 emails requesting a refund before they gave me a shipping address to return the items to. I returned the items 3 weeks ago and still have no refund. Do not do business with this company.

Like many other reviews my order of Large came so small that my wife who wears a women's small could not get the shirt on. Items were very low quality and did not match the pictures advertised - different size, different fabric and buttons were different. I returned items and followed instructions for refund. I have yet to receive a refund or any additional replies from company with next steps if any. Terrible experience on all fronts and until I receive a refund this has been a total scam

I concur with all of the reviews here. Do not buy from this “clothing company.” The items that you order are not what you will receive, and when you attempt to return them, they will dodge your requests, may finally give you a return address, and then go silent. I confirmed my return to New Jersey on September 2, 2025, and have heard nothing since.

They appear to have rebranded as “Mason Greene”, so I sent another message to them.

I’ve learned my lesson at the cost of about $100. I’m monitoring my credit card now for any suspicious activity, too.

Firstly - the "Linen" products contained no Linen (100% polyester and Poly blend), secondly, the items were SMALL - as in many sizes too small, not a size too small. I ordered Large, got a child size.

Returned it after MANY emails, and they have now ghosted me, no refund.

Company markets as in UK but are shipping from overseas. I cancelled before they shipped and per their T&Cs should have received a refund. However they continued to ship the order (or at least have said they have) and despite multiple emails they refuse to refund. Avoid this company

Similar to other reviews, the clothes are poor quality and don't fit well. The materials is scratchy AF. They offered me a refund, but are now being very evasive about actually processing the refund.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THE FRAUDSTERS. ITEM SHOWING AS DELIVERED ON THEIR SYSTEM. NEVER RECEIVED IT. THIS IS NEARLY 3 MONTHS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER.

The clothing line is of poor quality and does not meet the standard sizing for the UK.

I ordered size L. When I tried it on, it fitted more like an S or even XS; it is truly shocking.

Upon contacting the customer service team, I experienced terrible service; the response times were incredibly slow, and when I received a response, they tried to convince me to keep the clothing and refund a portion of the cost. Many back and forths later, they finally provided me with a return address.

Unfortunately, the return address is in NJ, USA and guess what? They do not provide a return label, and you have to pay for it yourself. This cost me over £16.

I cannot emphasise this enough: stay away from this company, the clothing is shockingly bad, as is the sizing and the customer service. Their returns policy is not up to UK trading standards.

I am still awaiting the refund of my money, which started on the 19th July '25.

Avoid this business. I placed an order that took a month to arrive. Half the items were 2-3 sizes smaller than I ordered. In trying to arrange a refund the contact - Nizl - offered three times to give me a $20 refund to keep the clothes. As my spend was much higher I opted for a full refund. It’s now been a month since my returned items were received by them and they’re no longer replying to messages and of course I haven’t received the refund.

Have ordered, and paid, but have not received anything. Almost 2 months have passed. They do not respond to emails. Fraudsters.

Total scam, no address in UK. The goods are horrifically poor, not the correct sizing, no labels, not as seen on the website. Refunds and returns totally refused and ignored. Do not use this site. They steal your money.

HenriClarke is by far the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced as a customer. The product I received has absolutely nothing to do with the description or the advertised size. Size “L”? More like “Lie.” The material is cheap, the workmanship is pathetic, and the overall impression is that I’ve bought something from the cheapest street market. For the money I paid, I expected at least a minimum level of quality and accuracy, but instead, I received an insult to the customer. This company is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business – zero professionalism, zero respect for their customers, and a complete lack of accountability. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away unless you want to be scammed and disappointed.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a shirt and it was far, far too small and the quality was diabolical. (I've genuinely never bought a worse quality garment). The packaging is also from another company--not from Henri Clarke--suggesting there is some dodgy dealing going on here.

Customer service then then tells you you must cover the cost of return postage to China (which will obviously be hideously expensive), and instead offer you a 15% refund. This is a blatant scam and they are banking on customers not wanting to foot the bill for return postage.
