I ordered a blue meteorite watch and it's amazing, especially being a space geek. Great customer service and a great watch, very happy.

My initial interaction via Facebook Messenger with this company left me astonished and delighted: not only was it Boxing Day (which here in the UK is well known for everywhere being shut) but the owner of the company, Henrik, personally replied within seconds to my query.
The watch I ordered is a beautiful purple meteorite dial, and the owner kindly swapped the stock black rubber strap for a lovely metal bracelet too. At no extra charge.
It got posted out on 27th December (how many companies even do that?!) and arrived here on the 29th, just two days for international shipping.
If money permits in future I won't hesitate to be a repeat customer, they are a top example of how business should be done.

Henrik is an excellent watchmaker and an amazing person. You can buy with confidence knowing that you will get an excellent watch at an unbelievable price.

Henry himself phoned when I had a query … which is excellent customer service.
My only gripe was on paying the "Import Duty", due to the UK leaving the EU. Keep this is mind when ordering as it is quite substantial.
The watch itself is superb, the customer service cannot be faulted, and I would certainly order from Henry Archer again … but beware the dreaded tax!

I pre-ordered the Akva Ocean Cyan, and have just received it. I am astounded to the level of detail and attention that Henrik puts into his pieces - a watch with a Miyota 9039 movement has no right to be so slim! I really cannot find fault with anything on the Akva - if you are reading this whilst perusing the Henry Archer website - just buy one! You won't regret it.

From Denmark straight to Romania in just two days (wow). My experience with Henry Archer has been nothing short of remarkable. The level of customer service and support I received was astonishing - attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring. It's a rarity to find a company that combines such professionalism with a personal touch. And the watch itself...let's just say... is beautiful and of high quality. I like it a lot, it become my favourite watch from my collection! Highly recommended for any watch enthusiast looking for something special!

I just received the watch I purchased from Henry Archer, the Sekvens Himmel. Setting aside the fact that I received the watch from Denmark to Canada in 4 days (amazing!), the watch itself is fantastic, especially given its reasonable price point. Total cost in CAD after import fees (shipping was free) is $360 CAD.

For reference, the Seiko Presage Cocktail was just north of $600 CAD.

The Presage:

The Sekvens:

Seiko NH35A movement (self winding)
+40/-20 seconds per day

Other than the band (you get a steel band at that price with the Seiko and the Sekvens comes with a leather strap), The Sekvens has Sapphire as opposed to Hardlex glass, better movement and similar specs but at almost half the price...

The finish on the Sekvens is comparable and slightly better again than the Seiko. Its an excellent value for an automatic self winding watch.

Looking forward to my next purchase from them.

I bought my first Henry Archer watch recently -akva dlc- and I couldn't be happier with it. The watch is even better in real than the online pictures show. The detail and quality of this watch are truly amazing and even more so when you take into account the cost. Quite simply superb value for money and a really unique watch that I haven't seen elsewhere.

On top of the excellent product is an equally excellent customer service provided by Henrik. He answers all questions quickly and thoroughly, the dispatch is made immediately and overall satisfaction as a result is a 6 out of 5 stars for me.

Often you learn more about a company/their service when they help you with a problem. I bought a watch from Henry Archer and, when it arrived, it didn’t quite fit/suit me properly. That is on me/a risk buying online without seeing the watch. The watch itself - I could not fault the style and quality and packing, particularly at this price point. Having requested a refund, Henrik responded quickly and even sorted an international returns label for me. The whole process was dealt with quickly and politely. Whilst this watch was not for me, I will not hesitate to buy from HA again in the future.

I had multiple emails directly and promptly to and from Henrik. He is a professional and a gentleman. The Akva is a beautiful piece and will happily find wrist time in my broad watch collection. Great value, great owner, great product. Buy in confidence!

I received the watch yesterday NEON II and I believe it is my New Favorite, better than my Omega Seamaster 57 in red or my Longines Spirit or my Mido Bambino or any of my other 66 watch's. I absolutely LOVE this watch, the feel, the look, the esthetics, EVERYTHING!! So glad to have found you guys, and the Purple really makes a statement! Thank you again and for the quick delivery.

I ordered an Akva Ultraviolet(DLC coating) on a Sunday night and I received it on Tuesday afternoon in UK,very fast delivery.
The watch is superb, finishing of the case is excellent ,a mix of polish and brushing surfaces you will find on much more expensive brands only.
The dial is textured with applied markes,the lume is fantastic. Miyota 9039
Customer service is really good, I sent few emails and i got replies within minutes.
I'm really happy with the watch i got,the quality control is impeccable
I will definitely buy another watch,but I can't decide which one, all are so beautiful 😍

A company that deserves 5 min of anyones time to write a review. I bought the Akva Cyan on line and within 3 days got it delivered in the UK. I must admit, the watch is as beautiful as the pictures on their website! Built quality is great and it sits perfectly on the wrist. Customer service is second to none, replying to my emails and plenty of questions (before purchase) within hours.
Buy with confidence, I know I would again!

Im loving my new coral green Henry Archer Akva and so is everyone who has seen it.

The quality and finishing is up there with brands that charge many times the price and the customer service is second to none.

I really cannot recommend Henry Archer enough, two other people have bought a Henry Archer watch soon after seeing mine and being shown the range of unique dials they produce.

Between the NORDSØ and AKVA collections there are some really amazing designs.

I can't say enough about the positive aspects of the Henry Archer Akva timepiece with the white dial. This reminds me of a few watches I used to own which are an Omega Aquaterra with the white dial, a Ball Marvelight with similar indices and the thinnest of my Christopher Ward c60 Trident.

This is extremely well made it is running at just plus two or three seconds per day, and the lume last longer than my Omega planet ocean and my tutor Black Bay 58.

Communication with this company has been outstanding.

I look forward to seeing what else this micro brand develops over the next few years.

Had ordered a new akva and after receiving my new watch I heard the rotor making a noice so contacted Henry Archer via mail. Same day I got a phone call, DHL shipping label was made to return the watch for inspection, same day watch was lucked up from home and the following day I already received a message that the issue was found, minor issue and that the watch was being returned and as a token of appreciation I received back the watch the following day including a new additional metal bracelet and a nice leather pouch. For me customer support of Henry Archer receives 5 stars and if it was possible they could get 6 stars!

My Henry Archer Neon II DLC is stunning -- Great price, great quality, great design elements, and top-notch, personalized customer service. My experience with Henry Archer has raised the bar of quality and customer service expectations in a world that I find it all quite lacking, and I very much look forward to what Henrik produces in the future!

Amazed with the build quality of the NORDSØ Meteorite, the blue Muonionalusta dial on Tempest is truly out of this world! Very impressed with the overall purchasing experience, will certainly consider other Henry Archer watches as they bring a lot of value for the cost.

Bought the Nordlys Interstellar and must say I was hugely impressed when unpacking it. It looks absolutely exquisite! Also, what an amazing customer service with super fast replies and unrivaled delivery time! Would have given 6 stars if possible :) 10/10 all around.
