Ok so where do I start? Gerard Lavin at Henry James Mortgages has been phenomenal during this process. His communication is impeccable which is so important when you are trying to obtain a mortgage in a timely manner. He was always reassuring and never made us feel that we were asking too many questions. We successfully obtained a mortgage through Henry James Mortgages and we’re just waiting for completion.
