Very happy with service.I have ordered a rose bush twice now. Order was fulfilled within stated time and with good communication. The roses were both nicely packaged, arrived healthy and good specimens.

The whole process was so easy!
The whole process was so easy and the roses (for a friend) were in amazing condition with beautiful leaves and buds! She was so happy with the rose! I sent a query the day before ordering and the customer service team got back to me as soon as they opened the next morning. Brilliant service and amazing roses.

The rose is beautiful
The rose is beautiful, the delivery was terrible, the rose had been thrown around and the pot broken. But after contacting Henry Street Nursery they reimbursed delivery charges and a bit more for a new pot. I cannot fault their customer service. Would definitely use again although wish they would change their delivery company!
