Fantastic beer. Love the blonde lager & the darker beers & stout. Visit the brewery if you can, but if not use the very quick delivery service.

Whenever I have visited the customer service is always above and beyond. The staff are always polite and are happy to assist or leave you to browse. Always there to share knowledge and give good advise on the types to buy dependent on your taste.

Hepworth’s were great to deal with, very good at communicating and they posted the items quickly. Unfortunately they were really let down by their carrier Parcelforce. They didn’t deliver my order on the date given, and it took a complaint from myself and Hepworth to have my items delivered. Hepworth were great throughout the process, and even refunded the delivery charge. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them, but Parcelforce are useless.

Excellent service. You had no cases in stock so I emailed you to find out when they’d next be available. You replied really quickly telling me you’d sorted the problem. I went back on line and order there and then. Really pleased with your communication.

The parcel arrived very well packed and undamaged. Came a little quicker than I expected too. Only negative point is that I had put an instruction to leave the parcel in porch if out, that did not appear on the parcel. Parcelforce did not leave the parcel or a card, but did thankfully redeliver the next day and I was in to receive it. Love the Sussex beer, which is the only one I can get hold of locally (east Kent), looking forward to trying the others. These are a gift for my partner who is coeliac and it is great to get proper beer gluten free!

Tried Spartan for first time in Weald open air museum.Great taste for low alcohol beer .Most low alcohol beers taste as if there is something missing but Spartan still has taste kick. So I ordered a case for BBQ I am having so those who drive can enjoy the taste and drive safely.
