Calming tonic is amazing!! My dog is a rescue from Greece who suffers anxiety at the best of times. On the run up to bonfire night I have given Arta the drops daily and she has not flinched at the noise and has stayed relaxed and happy. I have tried lots of products from the vet and online and nothing has had the same effect. These are going to be part of a new happier settled life for my girl.

I ordered via TikTok shop and realised I hadn’t changed my address after ordering.
Emailed the customer service and within half an hour had a reply. Problem solved.
Customer service at its best.

All over the website during my order it was stated that I would receive free delivery.
I contacted customer services and Lauren informed me that I had ordered using a trade account.
I then asked them to let me know , where on my invoice this was shown and I have not received a response.
I left it for over 48hrs in case they were super busy and still no response when I messaged again.
Really not acceptable in my humble opinion.

I didint receive my item. I ask for money back. They don’t want pay back. !! Avoid very bad coustomer service!!

Ordered the yeast powder, for my chihuahua who had a yeast problem, an gave it to my jack Russel who was suffering with itchy ears ( after years back & forth to vets, and put on steroids!!) after only a week of using Codys ( chihuahua) brown patches had started to clear, and cocos ( jack Russel) ears had started to calm down and hair starting to grow back, and they’ve both stopped itching..I wish I’d took before and after pics, I’d highly recommend this, my 2 love it mixed with there food an a bit of salmon oil.. keeping them both on this, an is now gonna be a monthly subscription

Your advertising is entirely misleading. You claim a weekly dose of your flea "spot on" medicine will render your dog flea free. Yet when trusting customers believe your marketing, purchase your not inexpensive product, find it does not do as described, all you say is "visit the vet". People are being mislead by your false claims. You should be ashamed. This product is a waste of money and you should not be misrepresenting a product as that is fraud.

I used this on both my cats an dogs an used it for 2 months. A now have all got fleas. So I’m fuming. Does not work. Do not buy. All I can say about it is it’s harmless to all creatures including fleas. An it smells nice. Had high hope for this product a it’s rave reviews.. very disappointed an I would give it half a star.

Brilliant products supplements help my 2 English bulldogs love the shampoos leaves their coats lovely smooth and shiny. The natural treat box amazing the dry shampoo lovely I’ve used every fragrance of the shampoos plus the yeasty and blueberry face wash and wrinkle cleaner

Discovered this company on TikTok and have never looked back there products are truly fantastic there my go to people if I need any help or advice they are always there and have loved watching this little company grow🥰

I have 2 smelly staffies that absolutely despise going in a bath (although they’d happily jump in the sea/ lochs etc) so thought I’d give the waterless bundle a bash and omg… the stuff is AMAZING!!! I am now left with two beautifully smelling staffies who luv their weekly rub down with their massive towel 🤩 leaving their coats feeling, looking and smelling lush 😍

We also ordered some herbs, due to my older girl getting to that age she just needs that little bit extra support to keep her gleam. We have only just started those but usually my girl is an absolute nightmare at taking anything but I sprinkle her herbs over the top of her meat on her Slodog slow feeder (which is an amazing size by the way!) and she laps it up so that is a great sign in itself 🥰

My main thing with Dog Products is that they contain nooooo nasties, having 2 French Bulldogs I like to keep everything natural!!! Boyyyyyy do these deliver!!!

The Shampoos, conditioners and dry shampoos etc are to die for, the smells are unreal and are so effective yet gentle!!!

The cologne I also use as room sprays around the home and in car as I do not like anything containing VOC’s that effect my 2!!!

I have literally bought everything because I can honestly and wholeheartedly say, they work, they are amazing and they are the best and are THE perfect products for our pooches!!!

Honestly love their products I've seen so much difference, my boy nibbled at his paws constantly and had really bad tear stains. I worked so hard on his diet and knew that I had got the protein right I just needed a good pre/probiotic. I've tried afew different powders from gut to itchy skin and they've all helped in one way or another. Tear stains are 99% gone and itchy paws gone. I honestly recommend giving this a go for 2-3months and you will definitely see an improvement. 5*

Great company and great people running the business have used herbal dog for the past 8months and wouldn't look anywhere else for my dog products, they smell great, packaged properly and always arrive on time.
Doing a great job girls and boys and can't wait for new products to purchase and test out.

AVOID !!! I ordered with Tiktok shop. A week later no dispatch so had to cancel the order so I decided to place an order directly via the website to see if it was just an issue with Tiktok. I then Spent over £60 and order arrived with SEVEN items missing but still been charged for full order ?!?! I sent an email - no reply. Phone number doesn’t work but still posting on their socials ?!?!

*update - changing from a 1 star to 3 star as once I finally got hold of customer service they did process refund efficiently.

Issue resolved .
I placed an order via their website and received an email stating that my order had been dispatched.
Royal Mail tracking showed that they have not received my package.
It’s now 10 days since I placed my order.
Having received a reply, and prompt replacement it appears the problem has been with Royal Mail.
Happy to edit my review to reflect this.
Nobody should have undeserved negative reviews!

Was excited to try their products and ordered after seeing them all over social media. There was a small issue with dispatch but the customer service by Sophie was amazing and she got it sorted straight away. Honestly better service than many big retail companies I have used in the past.
If the products agree with my dog I will be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service. Placed and order last Monday, 48hour delivery. Still not received the order and tracking is saying Royal Mail have not even received it. It’s now Monday. I have emailed and messaged twice on Instagram, with no reply to either.
I now want a refund as I have purchased from another company.

Have recently purchased the waterless bundle. OMG my pug no longer smells of that puggy smell. I purchased the orange and bergamot and he smells lush. I now look forward to coming back from our walk to “wash” him. 5 🌟 from us

Absolutely disgusted to find the Anal Gland Supplement had insects crawling around inside the packaging. My dog has used the product for years, but I cannot trust this company again. Will never buy from them again. Will be returning the box to them to investigate. Bought from Amazon. Email sent to company a moment ago asking for prepaid returns label.
