10 out of 10 customer service. this company REALLY look after their customers. placed an order during a postal strike, so i was expecting a delay anyway. received an email saying it had been shipped by courier and id receive a free bottle of oil for the trouble (very very generous!) order arrived next next day, so their wasnt a delay anyway. product was of a VERY high quality as usual. i cant recommend this company enough. very happy customer!
