As you stated you chose the uninsured shipping option which is untracked so we don't usually ship out replacements when they're lost. We clearly state this on the shipping page. We're in disbelief that you've left this review as we did offer to send you another one but instead you've chosen to leave this review.

I was happy with what I purchased it was a reasonable price it arrived quickly it did what it said on tin after sending it off it independent laboratory testing it came back clean the only adulterant that was in there was traces of some solvent. Which is par for the course
