How long have you been taking our gummies? As we usually say to allow a period of 3-4 weeks before some can feel the full benefits. We are sorry to hear this. How long have you been taking our bears? As we usually recommend a period of 3-4 weeks to feel the full benefits. Each person's body varies, and so what can work for some, may not work for others. You may find more success in a different product or dosage. The 'white crystals' you mentioned are sugar grains, which is what our gummies are coated in.
