It is not worth the rent. To be fair, the location was generally convenient and very safe. The Wifi was fast, and the shower water was hot enough. The maintenance staff was definitely the best, always supportive, friendly, and helpful. The biggest issue for me was that it was not clean at all. On my move-in day, there were food crumbs on my chair, hair on the mattress, dirty corners, a bathroom extractor fan with fuzzy growths that I am not quite sure what they are, etc. I am not sure if anyone actually cleaned my room before I moved in. The bathroom was also extremely small and basically a built-in unit with a very shallow sink. I don't understand why this place has received so many positive reviews everywhere, just do yourself a favor and be aware of these issues.

After visiting this place I had a very bad incident. Someone tried to pay using my credit card. During my stay in this hotel I got an impression that someone was in my room when I was outside. Some my private things were slightly moved. I messaged to the owner but he didnt reply. Someone paid using my card for over 100 pounds. I blocked my card for couple of months and unblock a week ago. Today again someone tried to pay using my credit card (paypal) /150 pounds/ . All transaction are in UK and I am now in Poland. I only stayed in Herbal Hill Studios this year so I am sure that this situation is related with this place. And also is the first place when i left my wallet.

Staying here right now. Everyone is so helpful, they go out of their way to answer your questions and help you if you need. Gave me a nice welcome package too. :)

Friendly and helpful staff, modern furnishing as well as everything you'd want from a room, very cool.

So far we love this place (2 of 44 weeks). Is near to train stations and bus stops. Is clean, confortable, it feels secure, has its own gym (little but functional).

It was excellent. The best service I have ever received. Shout out to shareen Rajput for the excellent customer service could not ask for a better person.
