I brought the shakes when it was on offer and got free delivery too, so im extremely pleased with the purchase.
I lost 7lb the 1st week, just by replacing two meals a day with shake. The shakes aint bad, just taste like normal milk shake, so good for me.

The communication was very poor
The communication was very poor, I did not know what was happening with my order. There seemed to be a concern that I was buying in order to sell on and make a profit. I bought 10 tubs around 4 months ago ( without these issues ) and now I was trying to buy another 10 as I was down to my last tub.#
Just how much money do you imagine I could make buying this number of tubs in this time frame? People can buy them online for around £24 so I could maybe make £1 or £2 per tub, come on now, let's be sensible.
10 tubs is hardly a large order.
My emails were not answered, I did not know what was going on with my order.
