I liked the product itself, but the packaging was problematic for me. Otherwise, I would’ve given it five stars. I received unsealed bottles which was disconcerting to me, especially as a pharmacist. However, they were exemplary in handling the refund and I really appreciate that! I trust they will address the issues I brought up concerning the packaging.

I ordered their Breathe tincture, it arrived okay, and it seems like a good product.
But customer support is non-existent. They promised me access to a 21-day course, but they were very slow to respond, and when I finally had access, I still had to pay to do the course, so I did not bother.

Further to my previous review in MAY, my order has finally arrived SA. In future if you could supply a tracking system that worked we would have been able to see that parcel was lying in the local POSTOFFICE since June. The parcel was sent with the incorrect contact number on it so the official at the post office was going to return it. My suggestion would be, not to use the South African postal service as the method of delivery but rather a local courier company. My second suggestion would be to have a helpline for your customers that actually reads what the customers query is and answers the customer back with a solution instead of sending return emails asking for review on a product that hadn’t even arrived! I will start using your product now and will keep you informed of my results. Pieter Hulleman

Requested to return my order due to my wife having a bad breathing reaction to the drops. I requested an authorization and a return address so I can return the order. I have received 2 emails telling me that I would receive a response within 2 hours and to date it's been crickets. No one has responded and after sending 5 or 6 emails I don't expect one. Purchase date was 7/14/25. First request was made on 7/24/25 to return the items

I can't find any evidence that the doctor who created Breathe lung drops even exists. There is no clinic in Kentucky where she practices. Also, I have had a run in with this company in the past when they charged me double for an item and refused to reimburse me. Their video is full of AI. Please prove me wrong someone!

Do not use this company. They should not be trading, the business is a scam.

Nicole is very professional and courteous. A real pleasure to communicate with and handles all questions and problems with expertise and compassion.

There was delivery discrepancies with post office resulting in not receiving the order. With this problem is why I gave it a three not because of your company. Thanks rep from your company name Nicole we were to solve the problem

Their product seems the best as I have COPD and trying to find what is good and it rates very high in the standard of products out there for me

I have been from from this company, for over 2 years I always got my order. The last order I had to ring them and ask them where was my order as I had paid for postage. They were like oh there's people out sick we'll give you more stuff instead. I'm like no I want my order I paid for it I want nothing free from you. Again I take my order on the 19th of August paid for postage absolutely no update on tracking, two emails
no response, I don't know what the story is but they are beginning to get very poor and I'm sick of it and I'm going to make a complaint about my rights you can take money off people and tell them you're going to deliver a product and then not honor it your service is gone crappy if you can't deliver why don't you stop business altogether because you're not capable.

They took money from my account, 140 euros then said I had subcribed, which I did not, 2 years later still not sorted.

Send a bunch of emails but don't reply to questions about order which never showed up

Scum scum scum i placed order never got conformation email when I tried to contact to them by email Instagram their website side they won't talk to me or answer any of my messages guys don't fall for it and they can have my £232

Place in order in 5/1/23 for 3 bottles of Mullein drops and till today as 6/7/23 with no shipping or confirmation nothing. I have trying to email to them multi occasion but got nothing back. Bad company and scams. They can have my $ 154 .
