Finally got some good news. Everything panned out in the end. Thanks guys!

Well I wasn't able to get passed the ordering process. I tried to by a standard ten pack that listed at 109.00 then jumped to 180+. I chatted with Olethia who was no help at all offered only that 180+was before discounts ok but other discounts were not automatically calculated. It's bait and switch operation which I thought was illegal.

Beware…. I ordered oregano and immediately after ordering I requested for any subscription to be cancelled. This was ignored and they emailed month later to say my next product was being delivered. I contacted to say I didn’t have nor want a subscription and no longer live at the address.

My bank stopped future orders and opened a dispute and then they responded offering a refund if I returned. I went to the house and new owners confirmed no delivery. There is no evidence of delivery and they offer 30% refund as a good will gesture! Never again! Untrustworthy, poor customer service and the product doesn’t meet the claims. Many reviewers highlight claims of delivery when no product arrives.

Do not order from Herbies seed bank there seeds are bad and so is there customer service.

Whatever you do, don't trust Herbies Seeds. I ordered 12 seeds, 4 different strains and they were all sterile. After messing me about for some time, they finally claimed to have sent me replacement seeds in March 2026. They have not arrived and I am out of pocket. They are a rip off and are not to be trusted. If you decide to ignore my comments here, then at least pay by VISA or Mastercard. That way you can file a transaction dispute (non receipt of goods or goods not as described) with your bank and get your money back if they scam you. Never pay by bitcoin or make a diirect bank account transfer.

There's so many places to buy your seeds just don't use this one .
Package never turned up and loads of emails and they refused to refund me .
Absolute load of liers and scammers .
Had to go through PayPal for refund .

It's hit or miss with seed quality. Some are fresh, some are old. You might be disappointed. Zero customer support.

Fraudsters. Offer a quality team, but require and basically accuse the grower of not properly germinating, etc. In my case it was seeds that did not germinate and the prior batch was auto flower when I grow photoperiod, outdoors.
I will not purchase from American banks. This place says they come from outside the USA, but any reasonable prudent person knows you won't get them in days, as Herbies does. They come from American banks. I am a expert. I could tell by color of seeds there was doubt of success.
Last year,
I had plants taller than me.
Inconsistent and fraudsters based upon their marketing.
I'll seek other options for my planting. They caused me a wasted year with these terrible seeds.

Update. This is a cop out response. Herbies failed to reimburse me after my review.
They cannot be trusted. Look at the response date. Nearly six months later it's now addressed? They really care, don't they?
Growing season is long gone.
As I wrote in my first response.
Too big to fail.
They need to be "looked into".

Ordered seeds a week ago package not shown up , emailed 2 days ago and received no correspondence at all. First time using these and definitely the last.

This wasn’t my first time ordering from Herbies and everything was smooth. The website is easy to navigate, and strain information is detailed. Shipping was quick and discreet, which is important to me. So far, germination has been good. I also like that they include free seeds with almost every order, sometimes those end up being not worse than what I put in my cart.

Customer support is professional and quick to respond. Reliable experience overall.

They misrepresented an offer will not honour... IQILL NEVER USE AGAIN

I ordered some seeds and got 2 CBD lemon autos free. The CBD lemon auto did not sprout and now have wasted 4 weeks of growing time. It's unfortunate because I only grow outside and the season will be coming to an end soon. I may have to put some seeds in from royal kings.

They sent dead seeds on the resend then again when I complained there seeds are tiny pale dead seeds do not use them a rip off I spent 270bucks for dead seeds

Bad seeds, over priced, only 2 out of 6 sprouted and one of those is a MALE plant! The other one flowered way too early and was not great. (and yes, I very much know what I'm doing) Wish I would leave a photo to show you the male plant.

its been over 3 months since order was placed told me order was ready to ship 3 months ago but they havent sent it dont waste your time and money

Ordered from Herbies from Australia, my initial purchace was siezed in Sydney . I reported this to Herbies Seeds and my order was resent with some additional free seeds which successfully arrived a short time later . Absoloutly amazing service, looking forward to a successful grow season .
