I ordered a product for almost 90 euros…


I ordered a product for almost 90 euros with payment upon delivery. Then, a couple of days later, I received a message asking me to choose the product, even though I had already selected it, placed the order, and completed everything. After that, I received the same email several times asking me to choose the product again. Then you asked me to confirm it, even though I had already confirmed it and completed the order from the very beginning. I don’t understand why I need to confirm the same product 10 times.

In the end, I never received the item, and now you are asking me to rate your service. So I am giving you a rating of 1.

According to the information from the shipping company, on 1 December at 12:12, you requested the cancellation directly with the courier, so - "The parcel could not be delivered because the recipient refused acceptance".

We would also like to mention that there was no delay in delivery - the parcel was shipped immediately and within 1 business day.

The courier marked the delivery as…

The courier marked the delivery as failed without even calling me — it’s obvious they didn’t actually attempt to deliver it. I didn’t receive the package, and I couldn’t reach the delivery company through any contact method. Luckily, I chose cash on delivery, so I didn’t suffer any financial loss.

Absolutely no visible results after 6…

Absolutely no visible results after 6 months of using Herboxa (3 jars). Also no results in overall health.
I bought it because Welleco, green powder, was little bit overpriced and i wanted to give a chance to a new product, but I will definitelly go back to Welleco which gives me great results (hair, nails, skin...).

Can't feel any difference.

Using for a month and i havent noticed any improvement, specially on energy level. I wont buy it again.
Didn't really like the taste, it seems a bit artificial. I don't know if i would buy it again.
The delivery went smoothly, and i received the entire package as agreed.
