According to the information we received from the shipping company, a delivery attempt was made on 16 February. Prior to the delivery, an email and SMS notification were sent. However, the delivery was unsuccessful as there was no one available at the address to receive the package.
The parcel was then redirected to a parcel locker for collection, and two additional email and SMS notifications were sent. As the package was not collected within the specified pickup period, it has been returned to our warehouse.

The product is good, but the measuring cup that is given as a gift with three boxes is a joke. It measures about 50% less than the actual amount. This harms the product’s reputation.

Never received my order nor any…
Never received my order nor any confirmation it was shipped.
EDIT:
Customer service reached out to me after this review stating they sent 5 emails previously trying to confirm my delivery address in order to ship the parcel.
I received 0 emails prior to the communication resulting after the review.
I replied to the request with a screenshot of my order confirmation email showing complete and correct address and informing them no emails were ever received.
At that point my order was shipped out, while customer support continued to convince me they contacted me 5 times and that the address was incomplete. I am still at a loss to understand how I never received any of the emails they allegedly sent (in any of my mailboxes), while the email they sent after the review arrived correctly. Also, I find it strange that there should be an address issue when address looks complete in confirmation email. Be careful when entering your data.
Days later, I was informed of delivery of my parcel to a parcel locker. A few days later, within the allotted time, I went to collect the parcel, but wad unable to proceed to payment two days in a row.
At that point, I reached out to customer service again to inform them of the issue, providing pictures of error. Despite their best will to reach out to the carrier to try and resolve, I have by then reached a point where I lost the will to waste any more time and gave up on this product. The repeated requests by the customer service to amend my review in consequence did not help my experience.
