Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Overall a pleasant experience dealing with the owner. The package was delayed slightly, so the owner kindly upgraded me to a better version of the vape I ordered.
Would highly recommend and will 100% be back in the future.

Belting prices!
For a start, absolutely belting prices! This is, what first grabbed my attention. The website layout is easy to navigate & very nice on the eye. Loads of great high-end stock, lots to choose from. My order arrived very promptly, tracked for peace of mind & securely packaged. Jess also answered any questions or queries I had. All in all the experience was great, & I would definitely shop here again. I'm happy I took the punt & went with Herbvape UK, & not one of the usual stores I would normally shop with. Plus I got a cracking deal on a XQ2, winner! Thank you.

I'd never heard of Herbvape previously, but the product I was looking for was MUCH cheaper than Amazon or Google results so I decided to give them a go. I have to say - they were brilliant, the transaction went straight through and was dispatched very quickly. Great updates, quick delivery and a really nicely packaged product.
