From the outset, my experience of moving with Hercules was fantastic. Superb communication from Zoe, excellent customer service from Valentin and on the day Dave and Ross were friendly and willing to go the extra mile (including helping to move items to a storage facility). Cannot recommend highly enough!

Valentin and his team were amazing from start to finish. I felt in very safe hands and more to the point I felt my belongings were in safe hands! They packed my house showing the upmost care and attention. The storage options were very competitive rates and all through the process the pricing was explained and completely transparent. They are amazing, very happy with they’re moving service

We can highly recommend the moving company. We moved from Berlin to Koblenz in November with a household of 5 and everything went great. From the preview, to loading in the old apartment, transport and unloading in the new apartment. What is particularly noteworthy is that everything was packaged neatly and safely. Even during the unloading, everything was handled very carefully so that nothing was damaged.

We engaged Hercules Movers for an international relocation from Cambridge to New York. While their quote wasn't the cheapest, the outstanding communication, efficient movers, and careful handling made it a seamless experience. The move remained on schedule from start to finish, and Valentin's assistance with various inquiries, from box sizes to customs requirements, was particularly commendable. From the initial consultation and review of the needs of my removal Valentin was extremely helpful and supportive. On the day Valentin and his two colleagues (sorry cannot recall your names) kept me informed of their arrival time and schedule. They explained all the processes and showed how things would be moved and stored. They were courteous and tidy and organised throughout.
I had my things put into storage and Valentin also sent pictures later of the belongings in storage so I could see and be reassured they were all there and safely stored.
The follow up and payment were also managed with such professionalism and a friendly approach by Zoe in the office.

Valentin and his team helped us with a quite full 3 bedroom house move. They did a fantastic job. They completed the loading ahead of the new house key collection and unloaded all our boxes ad furniture in their room. They are very organised and handled our stuff, including a few fragile items, with care. They quoted accurately and what they said was what we paid. The price was also very competitive. I cannot recommend Hercules Movers and Storers enough. From moving my house contents out and into storage, taking care of all my furniture to then delivering to my new home the service has been incredible. Hercules provided an absolutely fantastic removal service. The team were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Hercules went the extra mile when unloading to ensure our furniture was positioned as we wanted it throughout our new home, and showed great care and attention when wrapping and transporting our belongings. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to move in the Cambridge area.

Absolutely phenomenal service, We had hercules move a cherished piano for us, which was extremely valuable and they exceeded our expectations it really was flawless.
