Good product, very bad customer service
Inner Package (coins box) arrived with one compressed corner although outer package was not having any damage, which means this happen before sending.
Customer service communication is very old fashioned, not very professional (sounds like being at the public service), not fsuper friendly and totally inaccurate: the lady was insisting that the postage delivery from Holland to Belgium would take 2 weeks as per her experience! of course, it didn't as i recieve the package 2 days after the sending.
