Terrible, I would absolutely never go back to them for any supplies whatsoever. Ordered some soles from them and paid extra for expedited shipping which said they would arrive in 3 days… after emailing them and messaging them multiple times with no response, TWO whole weeks later finally get a response saying they’d be “glad to help” and canceled my order… which I did not ask for… no reasoning, no offer to ship them and give partial refund.. didn’t even give me an option. I highly advise staying far away from this atrocious small business, they very clearly do not have the team or desire to properly care for their customers.

I have ordered from this company several times. Their customer service sucks. They promise an item on a certain date, but then they don’t ship it for over a week after that date. I only continue to use them because they’re the only place to get the orthotics I need. They ship US Postal Service. They do not charge for shipping. I placed an order on December 31. On January 4 they said the order was being processed. The US Postal Service got a notice of a package on January 7 but no package had been sent yet. The item was promised on January 9. It is January 13 and the Postal Service still does not have the item.

The item was never dropped off to the delivery carrier. Reached out to the company by email, the chat option on their website, and by phone with no response at all. Had to open a case with PayPal to receive a refund.

I have a new trunk with a broken wheel.
I have had a terrible experience trying to get a replacement wheel.
Herdzco supplies appears to be the only option. It cost a fortune to freight the wheel to Europe (where it was damaged) or Australia.
The wrong wheel was supplied. I double check, I ordered the correct wheel.
I send Herdzco numerous message, via their website, their online review and email.
The only response I have had is apologising for not responding to my message. That is all. No offer to replace the wheel, no argument, nothing.
Herdzco is a disgrace to deal with. If they are your authorised reseller they need to me reprimanded.

Delsey in my opinion is no better. I submitted an online enquiry last week and have no response to that either.
