I invested few years ago money in 2 locations. We supposed to get our money back, after they went bankrupt but no response from their side. I've tried emailing them etc, and no response. I'm glad I didn't invest a lot, but still I (and the rest of the people that invested) get our money back! It's ridiculous
Now I see their website is running like nothing ever happened, and they screw more and more people!!!

Do not trust Here.co

Do not trust Here.co with respect to any advice regarding short-term rentals. They fleeced thousands of investors out of millions of dollars for a rental property investment opportunity that went bankrupt. If their short-term rental company went bankrupt, why would you trust their advice regarding short term rentals??

SCAM ALERT

Dont walk, RUN away from this company - They took my money and then went bankrupt shortly after, saying that all properties would be liquidated before payouts are distributed. Since then, no payments or notifications have been sent and their website is already back up and running with more properties.

Garbage

Cut dividends, transferred accounts to Templum, then to DriveWealth with a 99.9% haircut to existing equity holders. Their website is now back up and running with new properties after taking 99.9% of existing investors money.

Do not give them money

I invested in March of 2023, very concerned that I won't see a dime. Impossible to reach them. Do not go near them, I wish I had read reviews earlier.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I have been invested for over a year. In that time I have not been getting any dividends on the properties I am in on. I have been trying to close my account since August of 2023 and no one responds on the chat, email or any other platform. I have tried multiple times. It is really frustrating! They should be responding and refunding people their money. What a joke.

This is a scam

This is a scam, not an actual investment. They take your money, you are never allowed to sell your shares and the "projected rental income" that they tell you on the video call when a property is about to go live is a complete joke. I invested $5,000 2 years ago into one property to see what would happen, so far its made me $77... complete joke and waste of time and money. This company should be investigated and their leaders charged with the scam that this is. Keep your money in a savings account and you'll get a better return.

DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY

DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. The only good thing about my experience with this company is that I only invested a small amount in one property. I wanted to see how much my investment would earn and it has not earned anything. And I've written two emails to this company and not gotten a response. There's no phone number to reach them. The site has been saying that you will receive a payout in November 2023 for months and no payout happened in November. And I can't find any evidence online that anyone has received anything.

Your principle is illiquid "for the…

Your principle is illiquid "for the duration of the investment." That would be fine if the properties were actually generating rental income, but they don't appear to be. That might be fine (for a while), but they don't issue any communication. Their site has said the next payout is November 2023 for months. November 2023 came and went, no payout. They're either monumentally inept or just plain nefarious. Avoid.

Holding onto my money

Holding onto my money, its not invested and they wont return it. I had invested in a property which they cancelled purchasing for whatever reason, the money was tied up in their "account" and I could not get it back. They never respond to emails and there is no number to reach them at. Seems like an aweful large scam.

BUYER BEWARE - Large Hidden Fees

BUYER BEWARE: This company charges incredibly high fees which are completely hidden. I just found out that they charge all investors a hidden fee thats 25% of the property purchase price! That fee is not listed anywhere on their website. It's not included in their FAQ or the property pages. In order to find that hidden fee you need to look through a 40 page document hosted on the SEC website and its included there on page 21.

Thats ridiculous! That hidden fee means that all investors lose 15% of invested capital on day one! If that fee was shown and clients agreed with it, then ok, but its not ok to just take so much money from clients without them knowing.

The latest property the Whitefin, the purchase price is $816k and the hidden markup is $210k.

Deceptive unethical company, do your homework folks.
