I bought these ice silk elastic casual pants and they were delivered quickly. I started using them two weeks ago and I’m beginning to see some positive changes. Of course, results aren’t instant, but they seem to be working really well. I plan to use them daily and will update my review again.

Ordered stained glass mother's day special, Cardinal Stained Glass, when arrived where plastic, really disappointed have asked for return details.

Worst customer service experience ever. I ordered three pairs of pairs which were too short in the leg length and too small in the waist. They did not even meet the measurement guidelines provided in their sizing guide. When asked for a return address so I could return the items for a full refund. They have done nothing but waste my time with constant backwards and forward emails offering stupid refund amount of $10 when I paid over $100 for the three pairs of pants. Not happy. Do not buy from these people. They are con artist and rip-off artist.

I purchased a pair of what was described as heavy falling fabric pants that appeared tailored and of good quality due to the heaviness of the fabric. I checked the size requirements and what I received was fair from my size and doubtful would fit a small 10 year old. The pants were of flimsy fabric quality and were not tailored with a zip and front button. Disgusting it was not what was advertised or the quality I expected to purchase. Straight to the bin.

This company completely SCAM - I bought dress pants and long sleeves. It never arrive for the last 4 months… I am still waiting for my refunds up to this time. Please be aware is not a legit company
I lost $659 Dollars.. I reach out them many times up to this time, I’m still waiting. I canceled my credit card so they don’t have access to it.

Fraud company. Products advertized are not what shows up in the mail. Poor quality junk from China. They refuse to refund your money even though they have a return policy that claims money back before 14days????.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I found these reviews before I ordered. Same MO. Ordered 5 pair of pants, I wanted something light and flexible. 4 out of the 5 pairs DID NOT have the elastic waistband. They had the same argument about shipping and they were not going to refund any money or resend the proper product until they received the original order back with ME paying for the shipping for THEIR mistake. THIEVES and SCAMMERS. They will send you whatever they feel and you WILL NOT get your money back.

Avoid this store. Bad quality, wrong sizes, poor service and not return policy.

Scam, beware!! They send out faulty clothing and do not provide a refund despite their return policy. They claim shipping costs as an excuse for lack of refund. I would suggest reporting this company to Facebook as a scam, they are also known as byronsale, which has been flagged as insecure by google. Also I would suggest reporting them to Mastercard and Visa this vendor needs to be stopped, the best way is to prevent them from accepting payment via credit card.

OMG bought 2 pairs of trousers when they arrived the quality was terrible in fact the material is so thin you can see my **** through them
tried getting a refund but after 10 emails back and forth they finally gave me an address in china and it would cost as much to send them back as it did to buy them
shouldnt be able to advertise on social media platforms and i urge anyone to email to the company what advertised them to you this is the only way to get them stopped

I ordered two pants from them that were to have a stretchie waste line according to the video of the product. The pant material does stretch but not the waste I wanted to return them and for 7 days back and forth emails they refuse to accept to take them back stating its in Shenzhen City China and too costly. They won't give me the address to return it.

Do not buy from this site, they sent me 2 orders and and both were the wrong sizes. They know return post is to expencive to return and then they offer you store credit. I sent them photos of order conformation and photos of product with size tags and they still argue. They Scam you.

This is one of the worst vendors I have ever dealt with on the internet. I broke my own rule and ordered from an unknown vendor without checking reviews. Don't deal with this guy. I ordered 2 pairs of pants. They didn't fit because their measurements of the pants are inaccurate. I contacted them to return the items and they refused to take them back. This vendor lies and does not care about your return business or his reputation. Also, the quality of this product is very poor. STAY AWAY.

I ordered some men's Stretch dress pants. They were about 2 sizes too small and thecmaterial was just about paper thin...you could see through the material.

When I contacted customer service, they said I would have to pay shipping back to China. I am not doing that because the item was shipped to me from New Jersey as shown on the return label.

Overall dissatisfied also this is the worse company I have done business with at all!!!!

Do not order anything from these people. The sizing is completely wrong and when I contacted them to ask if I could return the bras I bought for a refund or get bigger sizes. They told me to give them to a friend as a gift as the postage would cost me more and they will give me an $8 credit to buy something else from them. What a joke....I will not be buying anything else from them ever.

Where are my products paid for over month ago no items.

One of the worst companies ever. I waited almost two months for my pants and they are nothing like advertised. The chart is not accurate and the pants do not fit. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered two pairs of 34" men's pants, one black and one blue. Blue is mismarked Says 34 but not (prob. 32 or 30.) Many emails trying to get someone to understand English! When finally, they understand English was when they want me to pay to get another pair. They conveniently don't understand, and don't care, and there is no other way to contact anyone else than one "customer service" email. I would have bought more items, but no service for an existing customer just lost me. Bad, bad, business!
