I had a large house to sell in north London. After talking to a few estate agents, the one who impressed me most was Alekos Kleanthous because of his enthusiasm and knowledge. I was right. He worked very hard to get the best price for the house. I am based in Scotland so he carried out all the viewings and spent several open days showing buyers around. He obtained very good offers for me and recommended one. However, he kept me informed during the whole process. It then took several months for the buyer's lender to decide the loan. I became impatient but it ended with Alekos bringing all those involved together and the signing of the contract. Completion was 4 days later.
I can recommend Alekos without reservation for his knowledge, enthusiasm and honesty. He is always pleasant and helpful.

As a first time buyer i was overwhelmed and confused with the entire process of buying. Alek, really listened to what i wanted and and showed me the best options that were actually within my budget and where better suited to my criteria than anything I had looked at myself. He made a stressful process that little less stressful. He was always contactable for queries. Cannot recommend him enough and to top it all off he was very friendly and patient which I appreciated a lot.
