I ordered 4 series and only 3 arrived
I ordered 4 series and only 3 arrived. I called and left a voicemail and no call back. I spent $111 so I feel I gotten taken advantage of. I did not receive all the products, no call back, no refund, or a late arrival of the missing product. Nothing, crickets from customer service.

We have the record, which shows your email got the response within 15 minutes of your email received by our customer support. Plus, we have also replied to your LIVE Chat on our website both response include the information of tracking of 2 shipments which shows delivered.
Please do not share the wrong information and false claim as it impact our business. We cannot attach the Screenshots here otherwise we would have done for your reference.
When you get a change to check you Emails and realize that we have replied to your emails and all items have been delivered in mint condition please remove this review.
