When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, my one fear was loss of all my hair. I was recommended by my hairdresser to visit Georgina, the owner of Her Hair My Head. I had tried the cold cap but started to lose hair at the top of my head so I went to see Georgina about a full wig. I explained I wasn’t ready to shave my head, at that point she told me about toppers (which I knew nothing about). Georgina was understanding, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I purchased a topper to see me through, however after a few more treatments the cold cap still was not working for me and I was losing more hair, so I returned to Georgina to purchase a ‘real’ hair wig. I was very self conscious of wearing a wig at first but the more I wore it, the more confident I became. And the best is everyone thinks it is my real hair! Comments have even been made by professionals that it’s the best wig they have ever seen! A great service and great toppers/wigs. Would definitely recommend Her Hair My Head.

So I’m 53 I have sadly been unwell with rheumatoid arthritis and the medication I take started to make my hair shed. It wasn’t until I was admitted to hospital a year ago that I was found to have an infection that was attacking my organs.
I do have fine hair but always could style it and colour it. Then after hospital I saw it was growing a little, yet within weeks the crown had two large bald patches, plus my hair was breaking badly.
What do I do? I took biotin and collagen then realised there was a solution “hair toppers”… I brought an expensive one online yet it was poor. I won’t say terrible but it would regularly unfasten and loosen at the most embarrassing times. My ex of 28 years also left me for an affair partner so I would cry for hours. Then I was looking online and found “Her Hair my Head” a bonus it was in the uk. But the owner had her own hair loss issues and I thought damn I’m getting a new one. Absolutely brilliant.no frizz,easy to care for & beautiful. I’ve had compliments, I look in the mirror and see me. The colour match is perfect and it may sound strange but I decided to buy another for best occasions. One I could take in the silk bag it came with (the packaging and delivery was amazing too) and then wear a day to day one plus have a special occasion one too. . It means no hassle in styling I just pop this perfectly kept one on & it is smooth, silky and a dream to me. I will be buying more. Maybe Even try a darker colour. I rate this company for anyone going through hair loss. I repeat the service, the quality, the packing and how quickly it came are more than I could wish for…. Please please use this company. There are hairdressers trained to cut and style hair toppers if you need & whilst you may think it’s expensive I worked out how much I will save getting my colour, cuts, products etc. so it’s worth every penny. A 10/10 from a very happy customer. Thank you x

Perfect colour

Very nice topper, ready to wear. There is no lace to trim, the color, length and style suit me perfectly and it looks very natural. This is the first time I haven't had to change or cut anything in a new topper.
