Can not fault my order from heritage hair one bit! Customer service was amazing, very polite and friendly and they really make an effort to make sure you are catered for. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous and fantastic quality! All in all I absolutely loved it!!

I got a horse shoe necklace made out of the hair of my pony for Christmas and haven’t had it off since! Such brilliant quality and my favourite gift I got this year. Absolutely love my heritage hair bracelet. Always extremely helpful and responsive in designing my bracelet, making tailored for what I wanted. During the making of the bracelet I was kept updated, and arrived within a few days of its completion. Absolutely great quality. Already planning my next purchase!

Amazing customer service, the products I received were beautiful and such a special keepsake. It's always been a worry to me sending hair away but this was taken away with the updates of arrival and also the sharing of images as my items were made.
