Heritage Landrover Reviews 

ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC!!! Have owned land rovers, range rovers, discovery's for nearly 50 years through many dealers and lastly Strastone with no issues. However, the new Heritage company in Cheltenham are an utter disgrace.
Our 2015 110 landrover went in on the 8 or 9 December 2018 for a broken halfshaft. As it was unannounced due to other circumstances, we we told leave it with us for a week to look at and fix under warrenty. A week passes, EVENTUALLY get hold of somebody after numerous phone calls and are told its the transfer box, knowing 99% its not.
More and more phone calls and many "we'll ring you back" responses and never do, we find out yesterday (8/1/2019, a month later) it is the halfshaft after all. They then say WE have fitted aftermarket halfshaft as they haven't seen any like it and won't be covered under warranty.
The vehicle is fixed and delivered back to us today, unannounced I think to avoid confrontation with no explanation of work undertaken.
We can only assume they've mixed our paperwork with somebody else's but nobody admits to this. I find it very alarming to think our vehicle has been sat in their compound with nobody really knowing who's it is or its even there.
To be without an essential vehicle used everyday for work with no offer of a courtesy car has cost us significantly.
Bad customer/office communication, bad management and DISGRACFUL aftermarket service.

Quite simply - Awful. I left umpteen messages with Heritage Land Rover of Cheltenham to call me as a serious buyer of a new Range Rover Sport. I even told the receptionist I would not be calling back again - since when should I have to chase someone to spend £70k? I have taken my business elsewhere ie Mercedes whose customer service is light years ahead.
