There appears to be some misunderstanding. We received your application for coverage and weren't able to issue the coverage you requested because the initial premium payment was declined by your financial institution. Our efforts to contact you were not intended as harassment but rather a sincere effort to resolve the payment issue preventing your coverage from being issued.

We attempted the initial premium payment on June 7 as you requested, but the payment declined. We were not notified by your financial institution of the declination until several days later, which is when we first contacted you via text message. We attempted approximately one outreach per week in an effort to resolve the issue with you, including only two phone calls and corresponding voicemails over a month long period. We also mailed a letter notifying you of the declined payment and our inability to proceed in issuing coverage.

All of our efforts were made in an attempt to honor your original application for coverage. In a text message reply you sent to us, you seemed to think that we did not attempt the payment on June 7 as you originally requested, but you never responded to our efforts to clarify that that payment was actually attempted exactly as you requested on June 7. Instead of outright declining you application, we were hoping to assist you in rescheduling the initial payment so that we could continue to hold your application pre-approval.

We certainly did not want you to miss the opportunity for coverage over a payment issue. We will absolutely honor your request to cancel the application for coverage and cease additional outreach. Hopefully, you can understand how confused we too feel by this outcome. Nonetheless, we understand your frustration, especially given the misunderstandings involved, but we would still very much like the opportunity to serve you and your loved ones if given the opportunity in the future! Mr Luke Ezell was a polite, knowledgeable sales representative. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation. He was very respectful through the phone conversation.
I would definitely recommend him to others.

1st contact is everything.

For me its the 1st contact. My agent was very knowledgable and helpfull.
She answered every question and even followed up to see if anything else was needed.
This is the type of Customer service that rarely exists today.

Excellent service!

Excellent service! All of my questions were answered and there was no pressure to buy. I appreciate the flexibility Robin provided when finding a convenient time for us to discuss my final expenses needs. This is my 2nd policy with Lincoln Heritage and I am very likely going to purchase a policy for my husband in the near future, too.

Superior customer service

Wonderful Experience

My interaction with Lincoln Heritage Associates for my funeral policy was great. My representative Robin Akin was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and courteous. She explained all of the policies available and listened to my requests and provided exactly the type of policy I am currently enrolled with. She did not waste my time trying to sell me a policy I was not interested in and provided my options and monetary expenses in line with my budget.
