Wonderful and respectful service…
I received my packet a lot sooner than expected however the two questionnaire pages were in Spanish. I understand and read Spanish but my children do not. I called and was told another packet would be mailed out. I am now waiting for it to arrive. Service was courteous, and very reassuring. I deeply appreciated being spoken to as an adult since lately it seems many companies, including healthcare providers, speak to the elderly as if we were two year olds. I have been recommending your services to my friends and relatives.

Having live associates available to answer and return every call is a difficult undertaking in this day and age but a hugely important part of our culture, so thank you for noticing! We are sorry part of your policy packet arrived in Spanish! Our Texas team does much work in both English and Spanish, so sometimes we start rolling "Rs" unnecessarily and speaking a little Spanglish. I just checked to ensure a corrected packet is being sent in all English. If you need anything in the future, don't hesitate to call!

At $3.56 per thousand dollars in coverage, you actually secured a great rate for permanent, whole-life coverage that does not expire, is effective immediately (no waiting period), contains a terminal illness benefit, includes an additional $5,000 - $20,000 in accidental coverage, and grants membership in the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society at no additional charge, which will protect your loved ones when coordinating arrangements at time of need. While there's no medical exam, premiums are based on age and a few health-related questions at time of application, and you can still increase coverage whenever you are ready!
