A first class experience from the start. It was particularly impressive for the time-poor client. Everything was handled efficiently, professionally and without any unnecessary back and forth. There was no flannel, just a straight talking responsive service that got the job done. It felt like I was working with friends.

Everyone should have a Phoebe and Poppy dream team when selling a house. They have made what turned out to be quite a lengthy process an incredibly informed and considerably less stressful one.

Living in a relatively rural location and being first-time vendors, selling to an investor through a consultant isn’t exactly the “norm”. It seemed scary and, at times, almost too good to be true — but how wrong was I! The girls really do mean it when they say they listen, there’s no pressure or hidden fees, and they keep the whole process as stress-free as possible.

We mainly dealt with Phoebe, and I cannot begin to explain how much I have appreciated her throughout this process. She was always at the end of the phone or a WhatsApp message (much more convenient than waiting 37 working days for a response! 😂) for any questions or queries we had. She explained everything in plain English, made sure we understood what was happening and kept us informed every step of the way. We spoke so much throughout the whole process that she genuinely felt more like a friend by the end!

Poppy was also absolutely brilliant at keeping everything moving whilst Phoebe was away. She knew everything about our situation, so whenever a little bump appeared along the way, it never became an issue. There was never a “I’m out of office until…” or a feeling that we had to wait around — Poppy just picked everything up and carried on as though she’d been with us from the very beginning! The teamwork between the girls was completely seamless, and it made such a difference to have that continuity and reassurance throughout the whole process.

I would, and will, highly recommend Heritage to anyone and everyone!

It was a rollercoaster to say the least, and Poppy was always the other end of the phone reassuring us. I’m not sure of their opening hours, but that didn’t matter when we needed more information, or assistance with our sale.

Their communication was excellent throughout, always keeping me updated and chasing solicitors whenever things slowed down. When I was left in a mess 2 weeks prior to move out day , Poppy and her team came to the rescue. From first conversation she was honest open about there workings and explained everything fully . There was no promises of this and that all sounding what we wanted to hear but a straight down the line explanation.
Poppy got back to me when she said she would or earlier , and I had her direct Whatsapp number so no speaking to different people all saying different things even within a company.
Time lines were met from her end she used a solicitors who also worked to a fast turnaround and were professional.
Most importantly Poppy told me the price she could get for the house and it did not go down even 1p. No change, no last minute drop of thousands as many do the deal was exactly that a deal.
