If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative review I would. I always wanted rims from them due to the unique design of hearts and Sakura but I would never waste my time and money on them ever again! I order custom rims for over $5k and they still have not shipped out and it’s been over 6 months! Due to custom built there is no refund and they won’t even offer a discount or anything! This is suppose to be a 12 week turn around that turned into 6 months and still counting!

3 pieces wheels poor customer service

Having bought a car with a set if their own custom made wheels, I have emailed and asked them if we can arrange to have new centres pieces made as the previous owner did not get the right ones and require more brake clearance, I was told that centres are not available to buy separate and I can put a deposit down to buy new wheels.
Now the reason I would only like the better fitting centre pieces is that to buy these wheels again would be over $10'000 aud once delivered to Australia. I know that centres are available as another reputable brand in aus sells the parts separately if required.
After being told no, I have emailed again explaining that we are actually a custom shop and have the tools and equipment to correctly change the centres and that there won't be any repercussions doing so. I was again told that they don't sell the centres and if I'd like to put a deposit down I can get My new wheels made with only a $1000 deposit again... the money is not the issue here the issue is that I have a perfectly good set of wheels I would like to change one aspect to of which is 100% possible and designed like that but they would rather sell me a new set... talk about waste
