I do not recommend to order it from Europe. I was charged almost 20€ in tariffs (not warned before purchasing it) in a miniscule bottle that cost me 30€ with shipping and I do not know if even works. I totally regret this buy!

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I accidentally purchased the hair serum at the end of January 2025 and within 5 minutes contacted the company to cancel the order. Can you believe they said they couldn't because it was already being processed???? Within 5 minutes? Fast forward to now and still have not received the item. I contacted the company and gave them the tracking number, which they confirmed the item was lost. They refused to give me a refund and said they must reship!!!!! I told them under no circumstances do I want them to reship and I just want a refund! Based on other reviews, this company has some bad business practices so my advice is to steer clear of this company! I just want my refund!!!!

I wish there’s -1 on this review. Customer service sucks. I’ve sent them 3 emails but no one is replying. Phone the listed on their website, called multiple times but only recorded messages saying “ no one is available to pick it up” I am furious since I’ve orders $119 with of that hair bond serum and they only send me 1 when I placed an order of 3. It took week to be delivered and missing items.

I should have read reviews before I did bought since this looks like a scam!! What a horrible customer service!!!

Update:
After sending email thrice and calling them on the number that’s on their website that doesn’t work because it always says “no one is there to pick up the call” no matter what time you called. They finally replied on my email and shipped out the missing items. I guess it’s because of this review that helps me to get my missing order.

Orders from herlaison (3) placed November 24 and 26th never received. It is now December 11.
I was impressed by their reviews for nail growth. I thought they were part of Laison whose lash growth serums are great. They were advertised on this website.

I rec'd my Nov.24 today-Dec.12,2024. Still no other orders

I have an order that was placed over two weeks ago and have NOT been able to find the status of it. I try to email them on their web site to NO avail. I have tried their 888-851-9153 number numerous times, NO luck there. I will NOT be ordering from this company again and will let everyone know this and why. So SAD that this company doesn't do what it says!

I wish I check this page before I order , ordered 15 days ago n never received any product but lot of emails with lies to a point even they created dhl track number which never moved in tracking , it shows shipped from mechanicsburg pa and I live in nj but tracking never moved ,applied dispute with my credit card company

Suspect it’s a scam. Paid with PayPal on Sept 2, 2023 but still have not received any receipt of my order, nor a tracking number in 11 days. I wish I would have seen the experience of the others here. Cannot recommend. Very upsetting.

So my previous BAD review was reported by this company, and trust pilot deleted it what a joke. If you can’t take negative reviews don’t give negative service. Basically my initial order of 15 July 20 never arrived so I chased it, to be told it had been delivered (if hadn’t) then it failed, then oh yes we sent it to the wrong country, but we will ship again & gave me a new order number 178986, a week later nothing so chased again, and asked if I could please have my order by 9 Sept or I would be requesting a refund, well, didn’t receive an answer just a refund, then a couple of days later I received an email saying my order 178986 was on its way???? I followed the site to see where it was & to my surprise it’s been delivered?? Yes it’s been delivered but not to me in Australia but to an address in America. What a complete shambles. Do no use this company.
