Perfect and trouble free shopping
Quite honestly I sent for some beautiful jeans which arrived well on time, however sadly they were way too big for me., I contacted customer services on how to return the jeans who answered the very next day with a return label to print (free returns too) so I have given 5 stars, 1 because the quality of the jeans were exceptional and 2 the return and refund process were trouble and worry free…I would definitely order from HERMAN&CO again

Wouldn’t recommend
Purchasing process was easy. Item wasn’t suitable so I initiated the returns process as per instructions on website but needed to contact customer several times as it became unclear how to proceed with returning item. Was going to exchange but after trying to arrange a return it deterred me from doing so in case the replacement wasn’t suitable and I would need to return again. Still waiting on refund acknowledgement. Overall experience, good quality items just not an easy or enjoyable shopping experience.

Be careful with unisex models
Be careful with unisex models, I ordered M, it turned out to be huge for me (you could look at the size chart on the website, but ... I ordered M out of habit). But! The suit turned out to be absolutely wonderful, and I decided to keep it as a gift for my brother, and I chose sizes XXS and XS, which fit perfectly. So now we're awesome family look 😁
