I had a negative experience with hero24.com regarding an unpaid invoice.

We completed the agreed work/service, but the payment was not made despite multiple follow-ups. Communication became difficult, and the issue remains unresolved.

I recommend others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Make sure to secure clear payment terms in advance and consider partial upfront payment to reduce risk.

I’m sharing this to raise awareness and hopefully prevent similar situations for others.

I booked a moving service from Hero24. They didn’t show up. No call, no message. I emailed and after a week of me threatening with bank chargeback and legal action + negative public reviews, they finally replied saying the refund is already in process and should take 3-13 days. But asked me to send my bank account details again to make sure the money is sent to the right place (but how can it already be in process then) ??!!!?? It seemed they were just trying to buy time, hoping I would forget it. I sent my IBAN. Gave them 2 weeks. Still no refund. After 14 days of silence, I filed a chargeback and got my money back from my bank within 5 days of the reclamation form I sent. Totally unprofessional. Avoid if you value your time or money. It seems the company has already gone out of business so I have no idea how they can even still be operational. I even talked personally with the guy who was contracted to do my moving job (he had to go to emergency room previous night and had no way of contacting me, wtf wouldn't they give him my contact info??) said that they haven't paid him either for previous jobs and he was fully supportive of my case. So the company is out of money. And they don't care about anyone. Why are they doing this? I don't understand. Admit defeat and move on Juho E which is the name in the emails and I'm guessing the only employee and owner. Who is he? Cmon dude, man up and stop this charade. You are just making it worse for yourself. What they are doing is highly unethical and should be illegal. Hopefully others will not get burned. This is such a waste of time. But I feel obligated to warn others. Don't be a fool like I was, not doing your researching and taking the cheapest option. Is it too good to be true? Yes, it is. If they owe you money, don't give up. You will get it back through your bank if services are not delivered. What sucks most is it was a sunday morning and I had to get my stuff from to storage. I ended up renting a van and did it all alone in the rain LOL. What a nightmare but I guess it made me stronger. ALL THE BEST everyone Hope you have a good life :)

If you’re a decent, hardworking person—someone who values honesty and earns every euro with effort—stay far away from this trash service. This is not just bad business. It’s a calculated scam.
About my case,
I hired them to hang a simple roller blackout curtain. We agreed clearly: €54/hour No hidden fees
Minimum charge of 1.5 hours, adjustable if the job took less time
The job took 20 minutes. That’s it. But instead of adjusting the fee as promised, they immediately charged me for the full 1.5 hours—no confirmation, no discussion, no shame. Just a cold, robotic invoice.
And here’s where it gets even more suspicious: They demanded payment to a REVOLUT bank account in Lithuania, registered to: Konstitucijos Ave. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, Lithuania Why Lithuania? Because it’s harder to dispute, harder to trace, and easier for them to vanish with your money. Classic scam tactic.

This company, HEROLABS OY, preys on vulnerable people—women living alone, foreigners unfamiliar with local systems, and anyone trying to save every cent. They smile politely, pretend to be professional, and then rob you blind with zero accountability or humanity.

I am currently investigating this company with the police and consumer protection agencies in Finland. If you’ve been scammed by them—if they overcharged you, failed to deliver the agreed service, or sent you a shady invoice—comment below. AGAIN, This is not a misunderstanding. This is not a mistake. This is a scam. If you value your money, your dignity, and your peace of mind—do not engage with this trash.

I will never recommend Hero24 to anyone for any work. I ordered a work to install floating shelves. The didn't complete the work and even destroyed my wall. Forget fixing the wall, they are not even paying refund (not even half money). Not even replying back to my emails and not picking up my calls.

Stay away from such fraud company.

I ordered the moving service they said the coming late 4hr, the I'm waiting they still didn't coming I been waiting 7hr they doesn't came, so I asked my refund they said my refund will coming in 1-10 days now 1 month I didn't get any refund yet the customer service not even apologized as well.

I wanted a sink changed to a new same model than before. Also a late addition of checking the dish washer that had problems. I got a time scheduled for the next day, way cheaper than i would have gotten from other websites such as Remonttimaailma (240 euros vs 450+). I was in a hurry and i wanted confirmation of the order and payment and i gotnit as they replied to me late in the evening. The plumber did a good job and everything as planned. My apartment is in Espoo.

Definitely feels like a scam when they take your money without any hesitation but find excuses not to refund it even though the clearly state they will. It’s been over 3 months and I’m still waiting. They barely will respond by phone or email, unless they’re looking to take your money.
Although it all started off very friendly when I was looking to get a service, and needed to pay for it, but now that they’ve been owing me…radio silence.
I would avoid at all cost!!!

This is no different than Helpdor. I wouldnt be suprised if the same people opened this company. I would never order any services where they ask me for my credit card! Stay away for scams like these companies!
