Birth poster

I ordered birth poster and it wasn’t the same as shown in the sales picture. Birthday was marked wrong and the name was slightly but clearly on the right side when all the other texts was in the middle. I sent a message to a customer service and safe to say, customer service was condescending and not helpful. If the poster differs from the sales picture, it should be mentioned clearly

Products are nice so sad if bad experiences like this spoil the whole experience

The worst customer service I’ve…

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Blunt answers and generally couldn’t care less if you had issues with their products or not. They advertise their products in a way that they do not come, including using toxic glues on baby products that they do not show in the images. They refused a refund and did not help until a complaint was made with the ARN. I tried to leave a review on the product warning others of the false advertising and my review was blocked. So god knows how many other 1 star review people have tried to leave on the product. The worst experience. So sad as I loved their products. The product has been returned but refund not processed yet.

The product doesn't work and no one is…

The product doesn't work and no one is answering my emails. I just want to return and get a refund. I have had to raise a PayPal case, result still pending. And then I get spa. After spam asking for review and what not. A total shame of a company

Update: after making a PayPal claim the issue has now been resolved.
