Heron Developments did a two story extension on my old listed farmhouse. A project with a tight schedule and tight budget (& very anxious client.) But couldn’t be happier with the end result.
I’m extremely grateful Jon took it on and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

It is a pleasure to very highly recommend Jon and Heron developments. We have just had an extension built on our house in Headingly and a complete refurbishment including moving stud walls and a whole new kitchen and living room. On time, on budget, rapid to respond, faultless from start to finish and true professionals who are invested in their work. We have just booked them again for another complete refurbishment.

Heron developments went above and beyond for our downstairs renovations. Jon was helpful at giving inspiration as we went along and work took place in the designated timeframe. Tradesmen were polite and highly skilled, they turned up when meant to and completed work to a high standard. It was our first experience of dealing with builders but Jon made it as stress-free as possible and was flexible and accommodating with changes to original plans. Heron Developments took an abandoned dilapidated building and turned it into my dream personal training studio. The building work was done to a very high standard and all completed within timeframe given. All the workmen on site were all polite and approachable. They made my vision come alive and will always be grateful and will use on any future developments I take on.

Heron Developments exceeded our expectations on our bungalow upward extension project, which had specific planning and structural challenges to overcome in the build.They prepared a detailed breakdown of all the projected costs based on the architect's technical drawing package. Communication was good throughout the project, we were free to visit the site as regularly as we wanted. We found all the people who worked on the project friendly and approachable, the skill of the carpenter and stonemason gave the project the wow factor. Whenever an unforeseen problem arose, Jon was upfront with us and clearly explained what was happening. The finished project has made us very pleased we went ahead with the work.
