I ordered a strap and money was taken from my account immediately in October last year. I had personal issues to deal with that distracted my attention so only remembered last week. I have e mailed customer service and not had any response as yet. I have no means of tracking it as there was nothing sent and I’ve had no invoice or receipt from the company. I look forward to hearing from them and hopefully they will address the matter via this platform.

It’s a scam!! Stay well away…

Would prefer not to give any stars.
Ordered watch strap on 24 June 2025, credit card charged for product which has not been received. Follow up messages and emails have not been responded to.
The telephone number on the website is unavailable.
I have used hero straps before and been pleased with the product and the service.
I fear they may have gone out of business.

Ordered 24/6/25 and still not received order. Tried phoning and e-mailing, all to no avail. I have used the company in the past and found them to be very helpful, the total opposite of this experience. Something has changed. DO NOT USE

Our experience has sadly been identical to Jess Fielding.
Watch strap ordered and acknowledged on 19th May.
Money taken by Hero and, despite us chasing in the interim, still no watch strap a month later. Their contact number is not in use and nobody responds to their so-called contact email account. Conclusion: fraud.

If we could award this shower of s**t less than a star we would!

I’d like to put less than one star, but can’t, I ordered in April…it’s about to be June. I’ve tried contacting customer services, directly through the email address twice (no reply or acknowledgement of emailing), once through the form on their webpage-again zero response, and I’ve tried calling-no surprises here “the number is not recognised”. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM. Perhaps once it was real company, hence the handful of positive reviews, but it’s definitely not authentic anymore.

Ordered 2 straps 2 weeks ago, not received anything.
The site says 48-hour delivery, which is BS.

UPDATE: 6 weeks on, no straps showed up!!

Avoid Hero for your watch straps.

I bought two straps. They're of usable but low quality. Neither is the same colour as the website suggests. The website also says you have to get in touch with them to approve refunds. I've been mailing for over 8 weeks now and have not had a reply.

DO NOT BUY FROM HEROSTRAPS

Poor quality strap and no customer service:
• the strap is too small (although largest in style), how it looks and quality is poor
• tried to return, but phone number doesn't work and do not reply to messages on website or emails

SCAM Wished I’d seen the reviews before buying , strap came and I was very disappointed !!! The strap will not lock into place and its appearance is very poor tried to contact them no e-mail reply and the phone number doesn’t connect complete waste of money !!! Ruins it for all the other small companies out there !!!!

I didn’t notice the low trust pilot until too late. Pleased I didn’t as strap arrived quickly , well packaged and looks decent enough. Not like the Apple strap but also 90% cheaper !

AVOID AVOID AVOID purchased a apple ultra ocean band when opening my concerns grew when noticed the Chinese writing on the box after 1 use the strap fell to bits no answer to the number on there website in fact it’s not even a legitimate number still waiting on a reply via email looks like they are importing cheap Chinese goods and selling them for a profit from there home trading standards are now involved this should not be happening DO NOT buy anything from this fake company they also go under the name of SwapStraps same items for sale under other name AVOID

Scam company! I ordered the incorrect size, was given the address to return the item for a refund, once sent all correspondence has ceased. And now I have lost my money, on top of the return postage fee.

The order arrived quickly from the supplier. Unfortunately I am not happy with the quality of one of the straps. I’ve attempted to get in touch via email but there is no response or even acknowledgment. Looking at the reviews here, it is not uncommon.

Took the chance with Hero for price point. All went well but the delivery was over a week. This was down to the post office as I could see Hero posted the item within 24h. I did reach out and got a response from them over the delay. Strap looks and feels great so worth this risk. I have read the responses on here being all 1 star and we each have our own experience. All I would say to Hero is manage the emails as you did mine and I can see you becoming a go to company with great responses.

ordered strap and arrived. wished to return due to quality. the website asks you to contact them before responding. no reply to email. phone number is dead. links to Facebook and Instagram are dead. Have now read these reviews and wish I had never placed order with them.

Scam company - I ordered the wrong size strap and no-one has ever replied to any of my emails, the phone number listed doesn’t work and their social accounts don’t exist. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Why are all Apple Watch strap companies scammers?

Complete and utter scam, sells inferior products with no support. Having to make a claim to get the money back even after returning it!
