I have zero confidence in the general staff, and my experience led me to call the doctor who referred me to let her know my experience, and she will no longer be referring Herself Health.
I have only one prescription that I have been taking for 25 years. Getting my prescription refilled took multiple phone calls and follow-ups.
I was called 3 months after my appointment. I was called and told they missed a procedure when I was there, and to come back in. I informed that I am not yet retired and could not drop everything to come that day. I was told to stop in anytime, and no appointment was necessary. When I stopped in I was told that I needed an appointment.
I then asked to get a phone call from a manager or supervisor. When I got a call the next day, and communicated that there had been multiple missteps in the short 3 months under their care. I expressed my concern that my very basic health checkup seemed to be a challenge, and I had concerns about their ability to deal with a larger health issue in the future. The manager's response to me was 'let's pray that doesn't happen'. I expected a response of your health care is our priority, and we have the best staff, etc. Instead, she also had concerns, very telling.
I would give a zero star review if that was an option.
