Good and reliable

Good and reliable. Today I left my phone on back seat and went into hospital building without it. The driver took the trouble to leave his car to search me out- I could have been anywhere. He found me and my phone was saved!!

Herts Cars Radlett…excellent service

We have been using Herts Cars Radlett for many years - mostly for airport jobs but also for other trips including a large people carrier when required.
The service is excellent!!
Booking through app/email/phone is handled efficiently and professionally and responses to queries are swift and it’s easy to find out what a fare will be and for it to be honoured. Cars are in good condition and drivers are on time and friendly.
Highly recommended

Driver and company want to charge penalty fare

Driver and company want to charge penalty charge for long wait at Heathrow Terminal 2. I jad booked the Taxi for 19:55, was told they had been waiting for 1 hour since the flight landed.

I had to go over and above to get both the driver and office to drop the additional fee, i called the office anx ghe driver then called into his office.

We all know HEATHROW has severe delays exiting from passport control, baggage reclaim, and getting a lift to the correct parking level to meet the driver, yet they insist this is my fault.

What rubbish comments, becuase i had booked and received confirmation taxi for 19:55 not 19:00 when the flight landed.

So be careful please.

Our booking system is designed to sync with flight schedules to make airport pickups as smooth as possible. When you mistakenly booked for flight BR76 instead of BR67, the system scheduled your pickup based on its landing time, not an arbitrary hour. Our policy includes 1 hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment the flight lands to account for typical disembarkation and baggage collection.
We always recommend that customers who expect longer delays (e.g., at passport control) update their pickup time in the app or contact us in advance. This allows us to dispatch the driver at the right time and avoid waiting fees.

In your case, the driver waited beyond the complimentary hour. While a waiting fee did apply, we made the decision not to charge you as a gesture of goodwill. Our drivers are independent operators, and waiting fees help ensure they are compensated fairly for their time and service.
We do not charge any penalty but the correct fare, like other companies. You Asked us to meet you after 45 mins and we waited another 30 mins and still did not charge you for extras

Avoid this taxi firm!

I booked a car to go to Heathrow.
They then called me and asked how many passengers and how many bags.
2 passengers and 3 bags. "Sir you will need an estate car" even though only 2 passengers.
I cancelled the booking after this ridiculous conversation!
