Melted sweets
Had order delivered which arrived late which isn’t their fault but all sweets left in boiling hot sunshine and when opened package everything was melted. No compensation offered, awful service. Won’t be using again.

Due to the very hot weather it was advertised not only on our website but on the live that you was active in that we would be unable to take any responsibility for any chocolate items ordered during the 40c heat, we also suggested that anyone that wasnt going to be home at the time of delivery to divert all parcels to a nearby shop or neighbour. We would always try and solve all issues and do solve all issues where possible but we cannot be held responsiblity for everything im afraid. We wish you all the best

I can’t recommend these enough. One of the best online sweet shops I’ve ever ordered from by far. I also follow them on social media, they are really transparent and honest about everything. They are also extremely helpful and go out of their way to help customers with recommendations or make custom orders. I’m a fan for life!
