Dreadful App & no back-up help
Dreadful App & no back-up help. Tried the Hertz 24/7 support phone number - instantly disconnected 3 times. So unless you're tech savvy, get ready for a lot of frustration. Tried to do a 3-hour van hire but couldn't get my details submitted quick enough. Lots of things on the app appear in grey and you can't tell if they are accepted or need input. Tried again 5mins later and price had gone up 10% - nice screw you over Hertz, thank you. Dreading the actual hire, unless I'm a whizz on the app by then, I'll be stuffed.
