Rented 6*VIP ski and boot package and they were just awful - more like budget boots and skis and at the end of their life. Not worth the money - go somewhere else. Only positive is that the staff were friendly and quick service.

This review is for Hervis Romania.
I had placed an order of a bike, I paid for it and after 2 days I received an email that my order can not be delievered. After I talked to them on the phone they said that the bike had a issue and that's the reason it couldn't be shipped. On the website the bike appeared as in stock so I called again, this time they told me that it is out of stock and it's a site issue that the bike still appears. Also for the refund I have to wait 2-5 days which is bad.
They offered a 50 RON voucher but only if I buy over 250 RON.
Such a scam, won't order from them anymore.

Really bad stuff, trying to do everything at once

- The store from Kitzbuel is scamming the customers. They charged me 284 euros for skies for 6 days for, a 14 years child. Better equipment for a nearby Intersport was 111 euros.
I returned the skis in the second day, they told me that I will get a refund of ~40 euros when I will return the keys for the locker. When I returned the keys, they didn't want to give me the refund.
I made a complaint at Hervis.at, they backed up the scam, saying that they gave me "premium adult equipment" for the child, that's why the price was more than double.
- Terrible equipment, the rented skis didn't slide.
- Terrible customer service at Hervis.at.

Rented ski equipment (skis, boots, poles and helmet) for a week in march. In the shop we were met by smiles and kind greetinga. The personnel were very helpful, and the entire fitting/renting process went smoothly. We had no problems with the equipment. Hervis in Zell am See is located directly across from the City Express to Schmitten, which gives quick and easy access to the slopes. I’ll definitely rent from Hervis if I come to Zell am See again!

Hervi's thinks people are stupid ...
I ordered a product and payed FULL PRICE 100 % in advance for these A-holes who no nothing but blaming others .
The product they're selling is only imaginary and exists only in online photoes .They ordered it , I payed and waited waited & waited untill I received an email 12 days later that they don't know where my order was .And also not gonna know .
Conclusion : F. them I never go to this BS artists stores Ever AGAIN in my lifetime .

Rented in Zell am See. About our fifth time in this store but our LAST. Always offered storage and last year you had a locker for a very small fee. This was one of the main reasons for using this store. This year the service has been withdrawn but no notice so you have to haul everything back to your hotel. Ski gear is really awkward and been able to store it is something I always look for. Very unhelpful attitude from the manager too.

Appalling customer service

Used their romanian website, and it took forever to ship the product. Then it arrived in store, went by to pick it up but "their internet wasn't working" so I had to come back

Item didn't fit, had to send it back, they refused the courier for 9 days and only accepted after I emailed them about it

They are clearly in over their head with this online thing.

AVOID

Bought a new tent For about €100,- and before the first night it’s allready broken. Very poor quality! If you need a tent or other equipment for the camping don’t buy at Hervis Sports!

Amazing shop, wonderful bargains and good quality, I bought here my mountain bike, ice skates, thermals, running shoes. Customer assistants are always super expert, very kind and nice.
