This company bribes people for good reviews.
I ordered bracelets for me and my friend and I bought express shipping to get it in time for my friends birthday. The bracelets came way too late, it should have been here in 3 days with express shipping and it took 9 days. They send me an e-mail after 7 days ordering that my order was going to be send out but then it took another 9 days to arrive. In total 2 and a half weeks. When I e-mailed them about what happened and asked if I could get my money back from the express shipping they didn’t and they offered me free earrings under one condition, “write a good review about us on TrustPilot”

bad shipping and updates
Looks like an amazing website with amazing products and in reality it probably is, however I had ordered a ring from them a month ahead for a moderately important date to Australia and 2 month later I still didn’t have it. I had emailed them for an update as I still wanted the ring and they got back to me a month later saying it hadn’t been shipped and gave me a refund. :/ lovely crew though just has been a massive inconvenience and I would rather them have expressed shipped it to mine instead. Let down
