I supposed to get it beginning of December! I tried to contact the company many times on email and WhatsApp but after one reply they got unresponsive. Now February 27th they said that the parcel was successfully delivered and they want to see my front door to escalate the issue 😂 I could of change my front door 5 times since December so I don’t understand what’s the point of this?! Still no product and no refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID

As discussed with you previously, we raised a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail as soon as you informed us that your order had not arrived. After investigating, Royal Mail declined the claim because the GPS data captured at the time of delivery aligns directly with the coordinates of your property.
We also reviewed the proof-of-delivery image provided by Royal Mail and compared it with publicly available imagery. From what we can see, the door in the delivery photo appears to match your property. Based on this information, Royal Mail advised that the parcel was successfully delivered and flagged the claim as potentially fraudulent.
To ensure we handled this fairly and thoroughly, we simply requested a current photo of your front door. This was not to cause inconvenience, but to rule out any possible delivery error and to give us grounds to challenge Royal Mail’s decision if necessary. Without additional evidence, we are unfortunately limited in how we can escalate the matter further on your behalf.
We are open to reviewing any information that may help us investigate this further. However, we have not received the requested photo and instead have received threats of negative reviews and social media posts.

My order was sent to the wrong address
My order was sent to the wrong address twice, and despite providing clear proof of this, I was neither refunded nor properly assisted. I was completely ignored for over a week, and the customer service I received was extremely poor and ineffective. It genuinely felt as though efforts were being made to avoid issuing a refund rather than resolving the issue.
This situation directly affected my business I lost clients and income due to the missing parcel and even after explaining this, I did not receive so much as an apology. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care has been very disappointing.
