I ordered two HEX space force coins and never received either. Also was never reimbursed.

I ordered two HEX space force coins back in February and never received either. Invoice ID # c16171506598038.1. I reached out to Hex Toys via email and direct message on twitter and they've done nothing to reimburse me. I've even asked if I could just used the credit to purchase some other Hex merchandise on their site and still nothing I've received no correspondence from them at all. If it were possible I'd give them 0 stars becasue at this point they've gone from retailer to thief.
