Waiting my order over 2 months (since 8 Nov 2017) from Hex collections. No goods delivery, only mention "currently in transit" by return email. Want to do refund but the website was down already on 16 Jan 2018.
Fake online store. Beware everyone. THIEF !!!! SCAM !!!!

Don't know what to think.. Bad luck or scam, my money was taken more than a month ago, and I didn't get my travellers map... They don't reply to customer contact e-mails.... Watch out..

Same situation described in other posts. If I do not receive my product or get a refund I will be contacting my solicitor.

update: As of today their website is down, this is proof that they are a scam. I recommend you contact your banks and they will help track them down and refund you. Hope if works out for everyone

Haven't received my product and they keep saying it is on it's way, total scam!!

A total scam and sadly still remain unpunished...I do not understand how they can continue scamming fools like me and are not in jail already

COMPLETE SCAM!! I ordered a map 6 weeks ago and still nothing. When the customer service responds they say 'notify us in a week' and by then its too late.
Definitely don't order from this website, you'll never see your product or your money returned!

Do not order to this company.
They never delivered your order & when you ask for a refund they never answered.

I ordered a mug on December 14th 2017, and I have to this date yet to receive it!!!!!!!
I've contacted their customer service multiple times, but when I asked for a track and trace number they went silent. They claim the item has been shipped and that they have experienced delays with customs before yada,yada,yada.
A case is being filed with my bank to get my money back
This company, I've come to realise is fraudulant.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered the 30th of November and still didn't receive anything. I had contact with the customer service, but since my last email where I asked for a refund, they are not replying anymore.

I submitted my order 19/11/17 if not earlier in the hope that some of the a Christmas presents would be sorted. It is now 12/01/18 and I haven't received any items nor have I received a refund for the goods that never arrived. I've had many exchanges with their customer service and I am getting semi-relevant responses, many of my enquiries have not been most ridiculous thing is that the company policy is not to do refunds unless you send items back. What are you expected to send back if you don't even receive anything?!?!? Please steer away from this company as their services are unreliable and their customer service politely unhelpful. Very disappointed.

Everything I'm reading here is true. Disgrace of a company. I ordered in November and I still haven't received the map to date.

I've emailed them on numerous occasions and I get nothing back now.

The whole company is a scam! If you have ordered something, call your bank and cancel the card. You will get your money back and they will investigate the company!
Please also report to Facebook for advertising and fill in a cyber fraud police report.
The more people that help stop this awful company the less people will get scammed.
Awful company, can't believe they get away with it, you will NEVER receive your items. Please notice all profiles that have given 5 star reviews have no profile photos and are one named people! All fake!

It is a complete SCAM. I contacted my Bank and as soon as they contacted them they gave me a refund. I’ve also reported them to the Cyber and Fraud unit of the UK police force who are investigating. All of the 5 star reviews are from fake accounts btw

SCAM! I should have looked it up! Complete hoax and scam. Shipments never arrive. They have a fast and friendly customer service that will calm you for weeks before you realize that you have been fooled and your money is gone. Gladly, it was only a couple of bucks that I am still trying to get back from my credit card company, but it was probably worthwhile the lesson not to trust anything on Facebook or Co.
I can only wish very bad things to the criminal owners. I really hope that Karma strikes back!
