I have no prior experience with cloud mining. I don't have to maintain any hardware, the platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the returns are reliable. It's quite helpful.

HEXminer is a scam! They scammed me out of 34k and a friend of mine out of 17k. They have locked our accounts, before they locked mine, they were trying to get me to put more money in as they were saying it would release my funds. I also observed where my earnings were disappearing every other day for about a week. This all took place in a week and a half. There are currently multiple investigations through different agencies. I want to include they are connected with websites falsifying the legitimacy of this Indian based scamming site.
Introducing more low-threshold, low-risk novice investment plans, such as setting up a step-by-step income option, I believe that more novice users can easily enter the game, and look forward to further optimization of the platform!
Hexminer started out with a very positive feeling. Customer Service was responsive and helpful. Then things started to falter. After purchasing single $500.00 contracts and making withdrawals without issue my account was put into a negative balance as I was told the purchase required I purchase a minimum of three. I settled up the account to purchase the three $500.00 contracts. Now the $500 contracts are no longer available so I move onto $600 contracts. I re use the details and see I need to purchase 3. I proceed to purchase the three and to my surprise the order is processed to purchase 5.
Customer Service tells me the system will default to purchase 3 for the first and processed 5 and I need to clear up negative balance again.
All orders completed and settled. No Iwant to make a withdrawal but they won’t process. I am told by CS they need to talk to financial department next morning.
Today I am told to deposit more funds to open up the withdrawal channel.
At this point I am not confident with the platform and will not deposit more funds.
These predatory actions are very disappointing. Any suggestions on how to retrieve the $3300.00 they are holding
AVOID THIS SCAM.
Thought I’d give it a go by testing it with a small amount ($100 the smallest deposit you can do). I then purchased the Newbie Special plan a couple of times and it worked great.
Before I put more money in I thought I’d test the withdrawal process, again this has a $100 minimum.
I waited for over 24hr and no payment came through. I contacted them via the online chat within my account and they got aggressive straight away and then blocked my account almost instantly without giving any help.
Now with a blocked account I have no way of contacting them and my $100 is gone. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY. Can anyone advise who to report this platform to? They are operating a crypto fraud scheme and need shutting down before more people get robbed.
I initially made a deposit and was able to withdraw some profits, which created the illusion of legitimacy. However, I was later instructed to deposit an additional amount—equal to the total profits shown on my account—in order to "unlock" my balance.
After making this payment, my account remained inaccessible. I was then asked for further deposits, which I declined. This strongly resembles what is known as an Advance Fee Scheme, a practice considered fraudulent under the UK Fraud Act 2006.
I’ve retained all relevant documentation, including blockchain records, chat transcripts, and screen captures. I am currently preparing formal complaints to the following authorities:
Action Fraud UK
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Europol’s cybercrime division
We need to fight back this kind of scam sites and make them closed.
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY !!
This company is a bunch of scammers. I have invested nearly $12,000 within the last 2 months. I finally reached my goal of where I wanted to be and went to withdraw only $3000. It was giving me errors. They told me to wait 6 hours and try again. Then I tried again it was rejected this time. They told me I had to top up my account another 12k in order to withdraw my money. I told them I was going to get my lawyer involved because this is negligence as well as holding money owed to me. They proceeded to block me on the support chat now I can't reach anyone. Now I will be getting my lawyer involved with a lawsuit for my money back. I advise anyone else who got scammed to do the same. I will make sure every website knows about these scammers.
****NEW UPDATE-
Now everytime I manage to get the chat bubble support feature, within minutes it will kick me out because they are tracking my phones IP address and are avoiding me at all cost. They have now locked me out of my account and I have no way to contact them. You all have been warned about this company. I have screenshots of all my transactions with them!
Blocked my account and responded with lies about multiple accounts plus there is no administrator email so I could not request a manual review as you claimed. If what you claim is true please provide admin contact here. I can’t uninstall hexminer from my phone. Can someone tell me how to uninstall?
The five-star reviews are lies. I completely dived into this platform and used its services. You might gain a dollar or two on the small contracts. However, as you get into larger contracts they will stop allowing withdraws and to top it off they will completely ignore you in their chat. They're real helpful when you want to deposit. If you put money into this... do not I repeat do not try to bring your account up to compliance by depositing more money. I did and lost another $1500 on top of my $500 initial deposit. Basically, I have $2300 in available balance, but these POS won't let me withdraw it. I noticed they comment on bad reviews. They'll probably say I made errors or created multiple accounts. I didn't. It's a scam. Trust the bad reviews...I didn't and here I am writing my first review ever.
this was tricky at first so i don't know anyone would believe it. i have seen many variants come and go but only Lithium pecunia has been the best decision all through.
It was going good at first. I put in $500 to test things out. Ran the $500 contract a couple times, made a few bucks. But then I went to purchase the $500 contract again, and it automatically purchased the contract ×2. Which put me at negative $400. They said I had to fix the outstanding balance for my now 2 contracts to resume. So I deposited another $400 I did not have. They did not resume. Now they tell me I have to purchase another 2 $500 contracts and all 4 will work. I want my $1000 back!!
I inadvertently purchased five contracts at $500 each, totaling $2,500, instead of the intended two contracts. Despite insufficient funds in my account, the transaction was processed, resulting in a negative balance.
Subsequently, I was instructed to deposit $1,419 to cover the arrears, which I promptly did, expecting to receive five completed contracts as confirmed by the Hexminer team. However, I was later informed that my account is now considered "stagnant".
Furthermore, I was advised that the only way to reactivate my existing contracts and access my funds is by purchasing an additional five contracts, requiring a further investment of $2,500 as this will reactivate my "stagnant" contracts. This is in addition to the $2,500 I have already invested, which I am currently unable to withdraw.
I find it hard to believe that with all the technology available the technical team could not fix this but another cash deposit will.
The approach of initially engaging me with assurances, only to impose significant additional financial demands, feels deceptive and coercive.
Stay away!
100% scam!!! Contact or Message the website/company written in my profile name for help regarding withdrawal or block asset now or wait forever
why are variables as LUMENPECUNIA, not mainstream yet, a variant stark in contrast to what hex offers
First it starts off very inviting. Lots of "fine" print rules. Whatever amount you deposit you have to invest that full amount before any withdrawals. Ok fine that's not too hard. Let's say you try to invest in something that you don't have enough funds for. It immediately notifies you that you don't have enough funds to purchase. Fair enough. The minimum withdraw is $100. Ok so I move on and invest the full amount. At this time I withdraw $111 and like a fool I decide well let's reinvest my original amount like I have been. I buy the same 1 contact I had previous 2 times and now all of a sudden my account showes a negative balance. Hmm something strange. The company says I didnt read that the same contract was originally a promotional and now I must purchase 2. Well seeing I didnt have enough funds for 2 and had only selected 1 I didnt have the proper funds to fulfill a contract therefore said contract should have never been ordered. Now they state I ordered it and I would have to deposit enough to purchase another contract. I've lost more at the casino but I can say at least I hot to hear sounds and get a free drink while doing so.
In conclusion if you want this Ponzi Scheme to take some money from you that is what is going to happen. I suggest you invest your money elsewhere, do research about HexMiner. Watch some YouTube videos on them. It is clearly a MLM Ponzi Scheme
HEXMiner is the Scam 100% like others
This is a scam. I placed bitcoin and purchased an account. Then they told me I purchased 5 and needed to purchase 5 more to release my account. I did not repurchase that individual contract but put more money in purchase a smaller account to build funds. They froze over 26,000 and will not release my funds. when asked what is needed to be done they are extremely unclear and move the goal posts. they just keep telling you to put more money in and then they freeze it.
HEXMiner is a scam like CryptoKeying and others are scams. At the lower dollar amount ($500), they let you withdraw funds. As you go higher, they will not let you withdraw anything. The most commonly used excuse is that the contract purchased was a multiple purchase contract and more money needs to be sent. All these scam companies list UK addresses, where no such companies exist.
I lost $15000 with these low lives. It's ok, I will wait for Karma.
This company is a scam, they create contracts that can be ordered with insufficient balance and then say they cant be refunded until you send them more funds. Very convenient, but don't detail any of that in their contracts.
All those who have lost crypto please report to action fraud and the financial conduct authority.
Watch out for the 3800 dollar and the 8000 dollar plan!!! It says in the fine print you have to buy two or more.
I am currently facing an issue with the withdrawal process on HexMiner. Specifically, the wallet address field in the withdrawal section appears to be read-only, preventing me from entering my wallet details and completing the transaction.
I have submitted a support ticket regarding this matter and am awaiting a resolution. While I appreciate the platform's features, the inability to withdraw funds is a significant concern and affects the overall user experience.
I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I will be happy to update my review once the problem is addressed satisfactorily.
