To be honest it does seem sketchy..
To be honest it does seem sketchy at first. I ordered 10 hextech chest prior and didn't realize they only deliver 5 chests at a time. Thought I got scammed but the discord support team informed me of that policy and why. Pretty solid experience overall and I recently bought 5 more orbs and unlocked a few new skins.
